Barney Frank
Ellen Degeneres
Cynthia Nixon

:chuckle:

Honestly, I don't have a clue who Ellen Degeneres is, and I'm guessing Cynthia Nixon has some relation to the 37th President but don't have a clue beyond that.

Barney Frank????

As for ACW, we've got to get some credit for destroying him in debates;)

So I propose putting ACW next to me, you, and Ron Paul.

TOL's four great faces in my estimation

First face--Knight-- the founder. TOL wouldn't exist without him.
Second Face-- Bob Enyart-the founder of BEL a whole forum of TOL.
Third Face - Chickenman - TOL's greatest theologian
Fourth face - Stripe - TOL greatest apologist in the field of science.

Bob Enyart? You mean the open theist heretic?

iow, those who believe that God designed a system

Demoting God to a "designer" is not part of theistic evolution. He's the Creator.

that relies on random mutations that more often lead to death or disease than to improvement of the organism

God, of course, recognized the fact, and made the world so that natural selection can handle that.

And as you might know mutations generally don't do much of anything. But a few are useful and that's how fitness increases.

Well, since TOL advocates open theism and MAD, the "Theology Online Mount Rushmore" would be of the following men:

Richard Rice - Open theist, and inventor of the term "open theism"

John Nelson Darby - Inventor of dispensationalism

E. W. Bullinger - Inventor of Mid-Acts-Dispensationalism

Bob Enyart - Took the teachings of the above three men, and joined them all together.

Ninjashadow, Zimfan and Jujubee were the founding fathers of Spam

You're too new to remember the Spammer's Paradise thread.

It was more Spamtastic than Town's Observations thread :chuckle:

and, as I said, in more cases than lead to improvement, mutations lead to disease and death.

Typical of you to ignore that. :chuckle:

And yet, in almost all populations, the process leads to an increase in fitness. This is like the socialist's complain that most businesses fail within a year of so of being started.

This might seem like a bad thing, but of course, prosperity through free enterprise is beneficial to society. It might seem puzzling at first, but if you think about it for a while, I'm sure you'll see what the point is.

the point, of course, is that your silly idea of God is one who has created a system that more often leads to death and disease than improvement.

Go ahead - continue positing a God who is no more effective than man :chuckle:
