Where does hearing come from? Men naturally can't hear the word of God.

Hearing comes from the Word of God (Romans 10:17) being preached (Romans 10:14).

Yes. People can be as religious as they like, wearing fancy robes, performing elaborate rituals, repeating official liturgies, but these are futile unless the Word of God is available for them firstly to hear, and secondly to inspire faith. This is why we speak forth God's Word to the unsaved.
