I've heard the same words from your LGBTQueer movement ally Art Brain for over 2 1/2 years, so what you're lisping out is nothing new around here.

This thread deals primarily with the purpose of government and the laws that they legislate and shows what happens when people who believe in decency aren't vigilante.

Bask in your perverse glory for now GFR7, as the article above talking about yet another Christian being fired for speaking out against homosexuality correctly states:

"Never in the history of mankind has a culture survived that promotes sodomy. Heterosexual behavior creates life- homosexual behavior leads to death.”
I am not basking in any glory, you first class idiot. :madmad: I am decrying the break-down of culture. But if Jesus said of the end times, that as in the days of Noe they would be eating and drinking, and marrying and giving in marriage ( even same sex marriage) - why did he not also say there would be re-criminalization? Hmmmm???

Hang in there GFR7. You are talking to someone who puts hate at the center of his socalled "theology." Talk about the "wisdom of men." This clown is that, in spades. And he ignores his own closet sins. We all know he is no more perfect than the people he condemns, if for no other reason than Romans 2:1 makes this undeniably clear.

Keep this truth in mind, GFR, if there is nothing there to convert, maybe you are wasting your time talking to this KKK moron.

I bet that you're having more fun mocking the good Christians on a conservative website than you ever had at all of those Drag Queen Balls you attended in Provincetown.

It's up to God to decide if and when He wants to put an end to this insanity that you and your fellow sexual anarchists are responsible for.

Until that happens, He has given us a set of rules to live by, which includes legislating righteous laws as seen through His eyes.

Now run along and take your HAART meds, as I have much work that needs to be done.

You're right. Thank you. He also makes up blatant lies about my and others' past behaviors. He makes his own reality. He is incorrigible.

I didn't attend any drag queen balls in P-town (but maybe you did, because you are the one fixated on them)---and I believe i am far more Christian than many, many posters on TOL (those who defend divorce and same sex marriage)---too bad you had to peg me all wrong, Karl. :wave2:

And here, Johnny boy, the latest addition to TOL's list of proud and unrepentant sodomites, gives a young GFR7 some...ahem...fatherly advice.

You should listen to Johnny boy GFR7, cuz if he's lived as long as he has, he must be doing something right (I'm thinking that 40 years of abstaining from homosex was the key to Johnny boy's longevity).

The eternal damnation that lies ahead for Johnny boy if he continues to mock God is another story.

What kind of psychosis medications do you take daily GFR7? I recall you talking about some type of meds that you take, but I don't remember specifically what they were.
Very funny , Karl - not.

Here's a hot off the press piece which ought to interest you, Karl. I know it did me....

I am aware WND and LaBarbera and AFTAH have run pieces on Glatze, but I had no idea a film was in the offing.

Gay No More: The Story of Michael Glatze

I Am Michael centers on Michael Glatze, a prominent gay activist who found Christ and renounced his homosexuality. Director Justin Kelly and star James Franco discuss his journey.

Michael Glatze seemed quite sure of himself.

He was serving as the managing editor of XY magazine, a popular gay San Francisco-based publication that dispensed invaluable advice to men on how to survive young and gay. He was fascinated by queer theory and disturbed by Christian fundamentalism. He was in a loving relationship with fellow XY editor, Benjie Nycum. On the weekends, the two would go out to raves and enjoyed being gay and liberated. They even shared a home with a third man they’d picked up during a brief stay in Nova Scotia. Glatze and Nycum eventually left XY and started the non-profit Young Gay America, aimed at shaping the lives of gay youths for the better, before launching the magazine Young Gay America (YGA), which was awarded the National Role Model Award from the gay organization Equality Forum.

The two lovers toured the country filming Jim In Bold, billed as the first major documentary to tackle the suicide epidemic among gay teens.

And then—out of the blue—Glatze became a born again Christian and renounced his homosexuality.

“Homosexuality, delivered to young minds, is by its very nature pornographic. It destroys impressionable minds and confuses their developing sexuality; I did not realize this, however, until I was 30 years old,” Glatze wrote on the right wing website WorldNetDaily. “It became clear to me, as I really thought about it – and really prayed about it – that homosexuality prevents us from finding our true self within. We cannot see the truth when we’re blinded by homosexuality.”

(Sigh, he tries so hard).

While I am quite certain that I've shared the story of Michael Glatze somewhere in this 3 part thread (I'd have to review the table of contents to confirm that), sentences like this from the article that you linked bring up a big red flag:

"[Director Justin]Kelly was a protégé of Gus Van Sant’s, having worked as an editorial assistant on the film Milk—a movie that co-starred Franco."

Being that the Sundance Film Festival is a tool of the Left, which includes the LGBTQueer/sexual anarchist movement, I had to do a bit more research on why they would be playing a movie that shows that people can indeed leave homosexual behavior (and often times desires) behind.

Hence, I found this article:

Meet the 2015 Sundance Filmmakers #2: Justin Kelly's 'I Am Michael' is About More Than a Gay Activist Going Straight

"More than just a story about a gay activist who goes straight, this film reveals the series of events that led to Michael’s transformation, which create a complex and fascinating portrait of a man struggling with his identity yet determined to find his place in this world.

How we identify shapes how we're perceived, and although identifying as a part of a community (be it gay, straight, Christian, Buddhist...) can create a sense of community and comfort, it can also box you into something that you're expected to adhere to. That's what makes this film so unexpectedly relatable."
http://www.indiewire.com/article/me...e-than-a-gay-activist-going-straight-20150112

Anyway: As shown through numerous testimonies throughout this 3part thread, change is possible.

Being that TOL has an abundant number of those who obviously are engaging in homosex (it's easy to find them, they adamantly defend homosexuality in dozens of threads throughout TOL), why don't you take this information to them so that they too can see that change is possible.

Oh and GFR7, you might want to pay attention to those words as well:

"Change is possible".

I neither need nor intend to change anything about myself. And yeah, I knew who made this movie. It is still extremely important. And no, I don't try hard: I don't need to. I'm just honest. ;)

And yeah, I knew who made this movie. It is still extremely important...

So the movie "I am Michael", that was directed by a protégé of the guy who was responsible for the glorification of Harvey Milk on the big screen (amongst other things Milk was a pederast and an ally of mass murdering sexual deviant Jim Jones, refer to the table of contents for more information on Harvey Milk) is "extremely important" because?

:duh: dummy, we all know who Milk was.

EXTREMELY important film: Because they are willing to show his change experience, which includes his conclusion that homosexuality is a sickness. Usually, such persons are reviled as heretics and turncoats, and buried in the dustbin.

While you, your multiple personalities and the boyz in the gay bars and bathhouses in Provincetown obviously know who Harvey Milk was, not everyone reading this thread does.

Yeah, when the ultra leftwing Sundance Film Festival starts showing that homosexuality is a sickness and that people who engage in that behavior can leave that behavior behind, I'll become a fan of the festival.

I doubt that they've changed in a years time though:

10 Great LGBT Films From This Year's [2014] Sundance Film Festival

Making a list of 10 truly great LGBT films even at LGBT-specific film festivals is sometimes trying, let alone at a generalized festival playing films of all sorts. And while Sundance has always been a bit queerer than your average major festival, in my seven years of Sundancin' I've never seen a slate so packed with high quality queer content (though granted I didn't have the pleasure of attending the new queer cinema-heavy early to mid-1990s editions of the festival). From powerful documentaries to dark, funny narratives that offer diverse explorations of the human condition, here's the films that stood out for me personally.

If aCW did not exist, we would have had to invent him. He exists as a foil to rationality.
I still hold out hope that aCW is actually a clever parody, I hope he is, but I'm rather tending to think that we are seeing the real deal. :)
