Jewed

My problem in this thread is not with the idea of being 'Jewed'. The problem is with the way certain posters try to have it both ways. That Desert guy is an example. He claims eternal security for the Nation of Israel based on the 'fathers'. What his idea of eternal security is based does not matter. It is that the guy actually wants us to believe that there is eternal security focused on Old Testament subjects while denying eternal security for those of the New Testanent who are in Christ.

I call that bring a hypocrite.

Now if that Desert guy wants to run for cover that is every choir boy's prerogative. We can bring an example of his jailhouse singing. Just let him show up.

Paul was in Arabia according to Galatians 1:16-17, Acts 9:18-19, Acts 26:20, Galatians 1:18, Rome needed Paul to be baptized and follow their historic doctrinal road instead of the Galatians road of inner revelation. Acts is a spurious letter that has many stuck in mid stream.

Paul traveled many places to preach the good news from God. As a reminder, Paul was a Roman citizen.

Christ and Paul both preached keeping the commands of God. The New Testament is based upon the Old Testament. According to prophecy, it was the priesthood, the festivals, and the laws that govern those things that were done away with. What was not done away with, was the Sabbath Day, and God's moral commands.

... If you knew anything you would know the old saying-

"You meant it for evil but God meant it for good."

Let me interpret that for you-

When your kind were captives in Babylon the Babylonians meant the song singing for evil. But we Christians mean it for good. You don't want to sing. Fine.

You should go read the Bible and see what the context of that phrase is, before "interpreting" it.

As for your "nation". We Christians are allowing you to have a nation. But if we decide that it represents a false god in the form of a messiah then we will take the nation away. And there is nothing you can do about it.

Excuse me?

Which doesn't change the contradiction between the text, plus if you are a citizen of this worlds system then you are under a curse/surname that created the strawman, which you buy and sell under that jurisdiction if you have one.

Your explanation is lacking in facts and structure.

I admit only knowing the Christian "Bible" partially. Would you prefer that I refer to you as a "dog", like Jesus did?

And yes- it is bigotry. Read the verse in context, Mr. Bible Expert. It is the Babylonians laughing at the Jewish exiles.

Put those Fools on ignore. Catholic bastards.

Paul's point of the book of Romans (which you reject as divinely inspired and that's your prerogative) his point is this; If God breaks covenant with the people of Israel who rejected Yeshua, then we as followers of Yeshua have No reason to believe that God will keep covenant with the Christians.

Paul says that salvation is to the Jew first.
Check the grammar he uses. If the gospel is no longer the power of salvation to the Jew first then it is no longer the power of salvation to the Gentiles any longer either.

Paul always without exception in every place he went in the book of Acts went to the Jewish communities before going to the geeks.

Paul taught that blindness happened to Israel TEMPORARILY until the complete predestined number of geeks were brought in.

Again if God did not intend to glorify literal national Israel then we geeks have no hope of God keeping His promises to us for salvation.

Dr Arnold Fruchtenbaum's doctrinal thesis from NYU became published as a 1200 page book entitled: Israelology the Missing Link in Systematic Theology.

The first seven hundred pages are dedicated to referencing every single passage of scripture that the ignorant "covenant theologians" like Calvinists and the idiots posting at you use as evidence for their beliefs. It's a great read as their entire doctrine of replacement theology goes up in smoke in those pages.

For those who don't wish to spend the time it takes to exhaustively rebuke all of their claims - skip to page 701 to read the correct teaching concerning Israel.

Now take your information and use it to refute the claims made by the atheist in the link provided below. I would be particularly interested in seeing you refute the historical FACTS that he presents: for instance, the fact that Galatia was nothing more than an outback tribal war zone sparcely inhabited primarily by Gauls and Celts in the time that Paul wrote. Or how about the fact that there surely would not have been a synagogue anywhere in such places: what about the complete lack of synagogues in some of the places mentioned? Or what about the fact that Iconium was a Roman Colony and the official language was Latin? It is people such as you and CherubRam who are the ones living in a dream world full of "hippie riddles", as he says, because you care not to dig into the actual truth of things like historical facts. Meanwhile non-believers and atheists such as the one from the site below are ripping your carnal flesh minded doctrines into shreds, and the rest of the world is laughing at you, and you do not even know it is happening at this point because your head is buried in the sand due to your thick black paradigm blinders. Everyone who read Paul in the days in which he wrote knew that the place names were changed to protect the innocent. If anyone should know why it needed to be done it would surely be Paul himself after all the havoc he raised persecuting the congregations. It was not done to protect the congregations from Rome but rather from the Sanhedrin because Paul overturned all of the land of Yisrael in his journeys, (to the Jewish half of the cities and synagogues first, then to the nations, each and every time).

Galatians – Barbarians, Settlers or Jews?

You really should also rethink your practice of calling others idiots and fools because it reveals that you really care nothing about the words and commandments of Messiah, but what do I know? (Matthew 5:22). :)

"call his servants by another name"

What people served God during the days of Isaiah? It was the Jews. After the Jews, what are people who serve God called?

The passage is speaking about the enemies of the true people of God which section has already been quoted. Those are enemies that sit among the graves, or remain among the graves, and lodge in the monuments, or in some translations, the secret places, (Isaiah 65:4). We wrestle not against flesh and blood, our enemies are not flesh and blood: how can you not understand that if you believe the teachings of both Yeshua and Paul? Have you never read of the Girgashite possessed man of the Gergesenes who was always in the tombs and the graves? Every man has his house, his lands, (both the adamah-soil of the heart and the erets-lands outer bounds of the temple) his fields, and is likened to a tree wherein the birds of the air come to lodge in the branches thereof, and the beasts of the field come to rest under its shade, (O king, lol). Every man is also likened to a grain of wheat or a stalk with a head of grain of wheat. The tares grow up with the wheat but I guess these are the things you call "hippie riddles" which you care not to understand. The tares are not flesh and blood and your brother is not your enemy. Every man is a dominion and you are likewise commanded to fill up your own earth and take dominion over the Land that God has given you: you are likewise commanded to rule over the fowls of the heavens, the fish of the sea, and the beasts of the field. Here is a hint: the fowls of the air are the Wicked One, the Devil, and the Satan, in the Doctrine of Yeshua, (all three versions of the Parable of the Sower). :chuckle:

Welcome to ignore fool

Awe, am I now cut off from your dominion, O king? No buying, selling, or trading with you because I refuse to accept the mark of happy, happy, Beljoy? Suit yourself, after all you are the head-sum of the gold, O king. However one of yours recently said, "Pretend you are in Babylon and sing us a song." Was there not a song sung? Were there no harps harping? Has this not been piped to you in right here in your own market place? Whereunto has the Master likened this generation? It is like unto children sitting in the markets, and calling to their fellows, saying, We have piped unto you, and you have not danced; we have mourned unto you, and you have not lamented. Yet the word of Elohim again says this, O king, Behold, the name of YHWH comes from afar, burning with his anger, and the burden thereof is heavy: his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire: and his breath, as an overflowing stream, shall reach to the midst of the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of vanity: and there shall be a bridle in the jaws of the people, causing them to err. You shall have a song, as in the night when a holy solemnity is kept; and gladness of heart, as when one goes with a pipe to come into the mountain of YHWH, to the mighty One of Yisrael. And YHWH shall cause His glorious voice to be heard, and shall show the lighting down of His arm, with the indignation of His anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones. For by the voice of YHWH shall the Assyrian be beaten down; with a rod he shall be smitten. And with every passage of the appointed staff, which YHWH shall lay upon him; it shall be with timbrels of toph, and with harps, and with battles of waves He shall war with him. For Tophet is ordained of old; yea, for the king it is prepared. He has made deep and broad the pile, the fire and the wood is multiplied: the breath of YHWH kindles it like a river of brimstone! :)

A Jew is a convert to Judaism, and the Hebrews are an ethnic group of people.

Contrary to popular belief, Jews are not a race, but an assembly of people.

A Hebrew may or may not be a Jew.
