There is a NEW Law, it is the NEW Covenant.
New Testament means New Covenant. IT IS WHAT IS in you Bible!
We are not without a law.
We have a New Covenant in his blood.
All covenants must be followed exactly.
1 Corinthians 9:21 To those not having the law I became like one not having the law (though I am not free from God's law but am under Christ's law), so as to win those not having the law.
Galatians 6:2
Carry one another's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the Law of Christ.

Those scriptures are about the CUT OFF and HARDENED Jews not being allowed to hear and understand.
That was during the time Jesus walked the earth.

God gives repentance to the acknowledging of the truth (2 Timothy 2:25 KJV). Have you acknowledged that salvation is by the gospel Paul declared in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV, a salvation by grace through faith and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast(Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV) or are you still opposing yourself by believing not the glorious gospel of Christ (2 Corinthians 4:3-4 KJV)?

God gives understanding to those who obey. That is not the only scripture that says that. The other scriptures I will post proving that God gives understanding to those who obey cannot be so easily misunderstood by you:
John 14:21 The person who has my commandments and obeys them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and will reveal myself to him."
Psalm 119:100 I have more understanding than the elders, for I obey your precepts.
Proverbs 3:32 For the LORD detests the perverse but takes the upright into his confidence.
See Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
John 7:17 Anyone who chooses to do the will of God will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own.
Grace is that we do not have to work at making ourselves clean. We do not have to get circumcised and offer animal sacrifices. Those are the works we no longer have to do. Now we are made clean by just having faith that Jesus' blood cleans us of the sins we repent of doing.
Nowhere anywhere does Paul teach we no longer have to obey that we only have to make sure we do nothing. That is nonsense.

If you believed for one moment the truth of the gospel, you wouldn't say what you do about salvation. Salvation is the gift of God by grace through faith. It's right there for you to believe, but you believe not (2 Corinthians 4:3-4 KJV). Grace is no more of works otherwise grace is no more grace (Romans 11:6 KJV). You want to work for it, but you can't (Romans 4:4-5 KJV, Ephesians 2:7 KJV). You'll die trying (2 Thessalonians 2:10 KJV).
