Have you never heard of The Great Flood. That was Satanic. So is divorce. Like a flood divorce has engulf mankind just as much as Death himself. The only difference is that it took Divorce a little longer to do it.

Yes, I have heard of the Flood but it never had any thing to with Satan or whatever you mean by "satanic." Satan is only a concept to illustrate the evil inclination in me. If you mean by "satanic" the evil inclination of the inhabitants of the earth before the Flood, yes, I agree with you; it was satanic.

Perhaps, you did not understand that this Christian who loves divorce thinks God is being literal about the human divorce between a man and a woman. No folks. The Lord is referring to the fact that He had to divorce Israel and, metaphorically came to hate what He had to do. The divorce between God and Israel took place as it is described in Psalms 78:67-70 when the Lord had to reject Israel and confirm Judah to remain as a lamp in Jerusalem forever for the sake of His servant David. (I Kings 11:36)
