Acts 20:27-29 King James Version (KJV)

27 For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.

28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.

you highlighted only a comma ? here's some help - you'd be better off finding a new focus in life, other than disputing Christ Jesus IS One with God. Jesus Christ's Blood IS The Father's Blood ! ! !

No.

The Father had no blood.

Only humans have blood.

LA

I said
Your right. It takes flesh to have blood.

Luke 24:39-40
39 "Behold My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself. Handle Me and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see I have."
40 When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His feet.

it appears your Scripture answers the question..." the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood."
Yes ?

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which ye have of God and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price, therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. (1 Corinthians 6:19-21 KJV)

Interesting!

You are your father's flesh and blood.

My blood is likewise my father's blood.

I am my father's and mother's flesh and blood.

Most certainly John 3:16 tells us who gave to do the purchasing.

God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son.

The son of God is God's own flesh and blood,

that which Jesus Christ did in oneness of purpose with his God and Father purchased us.

God is spirit. John 4:24 Jesus Christ was flesh and blood when he spoke those words. He is not God.

God is spirit, he literally has no blood.

However, Jesus Christ, a human, the son of God could shed blood and he did.

What the sacrificing of animals could do only temporarily, the shedding of the blood of the lamb of God, ( God or lamb OF God) could do permanently.

Oh, by the way, some texts read "church of the lord" thus referring to Jesus Christ who literally had blood to shed, whereas God, being spirit, literally has no blood to shed

Correct. Hence, Jesus Christ's---"God's"---blood.

I said
Why do you all tell people that. God left Jesus alone to die on the cross. Even Jesus knew that. The only blood that was spilled belonged to Jesus.

Mark 15:34
34 And at the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?" which is translated, "My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?"
