In the interest of improving the morale of the Theology Club, I submit the following Scripture.

To sum up the below: 1) say only what is helpful, 2) your religion is worthless unless you bridle your tongue, 3) you will give an account for every careless word you speak, 4) do not curse others, 5) speak evil of NO ONE, 6) show PERFECT courtesy toward ALL people, 7) whoever utters slander is a fool, 8) if you are a disciple of Jesus, you will love one another, 9) put away anger, malice and slander from your MOUTH.

Ephesians 4:29
Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.

James 1:26
If anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this person’s religion is worthless.

Proverbs 15:4
A gentle tongue is a tree of life, but perverseness in it breaks the spirit.

Matthew 12:33-37
Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. …on the day of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak…

James 3:10
From the same mouth come blessing and cursing. My brothers, these things ought not to be so.

Matthew 15:11
It is not what goes into the mouth that defiles a person but what comes out of the mouth; this defiles a person.

Titus 3:2
To speak evil of no one, to avoid quarreling, to be gentle, and to show perfect courtesy toward all people.

Proverbs 10:8
The one who conceals hatred has lying lips, and whoever utters slander is a fool.

John 13:35
By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.

Colossians 3:7-8
In these you too once walked, when you were living in them. But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene talk from your mouth.

Matthew 23

33 Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?

Acts 13

8 But Elymas the sorcerer (for so his name is translated) withstood them, seeking to turn the proconsul away from the faith. 9 Then Saul, who also is called Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, looked intently at him 10 and said, “O full of all deceit and all fraud, you son of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, will you not cease perverting the straight ways of the Lord?

You have brought it up, and you are wrong. If you want to discuss this in the main section, let's do it. You don't even know what you posted.
