The continued policing problem in America.

I am fairly certain none of us take Romans 13 to mean that everyone should always do everything a policeman tells them to do, no matter what.

Of course not, and it doesn't say it. Use the word government, not authorities.

Cops are human and they make mistakes. Take the Capitol police officer who shot and killed an unarmed woman who posed no threat to him.

So, I'd love to know how hard it would have been for one of these cops to simply watch the video that the car had recorded at the scene.
The car video is so definitive that no reasonable person would even argue about it. The fact that it took two years to resolve it, that's what really inexcusable. And why wouldn't his video be admissible in court?
