The Christian Bible, the Bible, has 66 books. True or false?

i would say no being as in those accepted 66 books more than 20 other books are mentioned by name. then you have the early church fathers mentioning other books such as Barnabas and Shepard of Hermas.

There are multiple ancient canons available with varying book totals.

The 1611 KJV had 80.

Certain ancient African churches, tracing their origin to the Apostles, include additional books such as 1
Clement and the Didache.

I prefer the New Testament of the Church of the East, another ancient church tracing its roots to the Apostles, which has only 22 books.
