#2. All for whom Christ died have had their sins put away before God's law and Justice Jn 1:29; 2Cor 5:19; Dan 9:24; Col 2:14

Yes, indeed, Brother!

Christ's death assures all those He died for, that their sins have been completely discharged, even before they come to Believe in Him, and before it is experimentally revealed to them in the Gospel by the Spirit of God.

Psalm 103:12
As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

#5. The death of Christ for all whom He died accomplished for them a sure hope of Glorification.

1 Peter 1:3
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

Its that blessed hope of Glorification to be like Christ 1Jn 3:1-3
Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

It, Christ death alone, for all whom He died ensured the Glorification Paul writes of here Rom 8:30
30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

Since this is apparently a thread just for Beloved 57 and Nanja, why don't you private Msg each other instead of posting on the board ?

Wrong, this thread is for public discussion, for anyone who cares to read it and discuss the points made. Now Nanja is the only one publicly responding.

#3. The death of Christ accomplished for all whom He died, A freedom from the guilt/punishment of sins Heb 1:3

Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:

The word for purged katharismos means:

A *cleansing from the guilt of sins! And that is why for them sins can't be imputed or charged to them, for that would reverse what Christ death had done/accomplished.

Amen! Christ's Sacrifice of Himself for all He represented, was as if they never committed even one offence against God's Holy Law; totally Justified Rom. 8:33 from the guilt and penalty of sin.

Their being chosen In Union with Him to be Holy and without blame before Him in Love Eph. 1:4-5, to have forgiveness / remission of sins, before the foundation of the world, guarantees their freedom from the guilt/punishment of sins.

Eph. 1:7
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

2 Tim. 1:9-10
9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:

All of His Seed are totally cleansed from the guilt of sin!

Rom. 8:1
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

1 John 3:5
And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.

What makes you think you are elect? Because you heard and learned about it - and then you believed it

So True, and even while they still sin everyday, because no sin was imputed to them Rom. 4:8, but to their Surety Heb. 7:22 instead; Completely Justified before they ever come to Believe, even before they were ever born!

Rom. 8:33-34
33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.
34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

2 Tim. 1:9
Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began

This is truly The Gospel of God's Grace!

It healed/saved them !

Did you know that the scripture teaches that those Christ died for are saved or healed by Christ death/stripes alone?

Here's two scripture witnesses.

First Isa 53:
5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Second 1 Pet 2:
24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

You see the testimony of scripture here is that by Christ stripes ye were healed, stripes being representative of Christ Death or Blood.

It was by His Death they were healed, not by their Faith or Believing! :)

The only reason you think you're "elect" is because you heard it and believed

That's what the Bible teaches :plain:

Romans 10:14
How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching?

Sovereign election

It healed/saved them !2

Now what does the word healed mean in 1 Peter 2:24 ?

Well it's the greek word iaomai and means:
to make whole i. e. to free from errors and sins, to bring about (one's) salvation:

It or they, His stripes bring about or effects one's salvation!

Now what can be more plainer than that ?

John Poole writes in his comments on Isa 53:5 " with his stripes we are healed"
by his sufferings we are saved from our sins, and from the dreadful effects thereof.

And that is a true comment! Christ death alone saved them He died for from their sins and its effects, which is death, even the second death!

It makes them righteous and gives them heaven as their eternal life and inheritance.

The death of Christ alone for them He died for hath accomplished their being made righteous Rom 5:19
For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

Only antichrist deny this truth !

And having been made righteous, they shall shine forth in the eternal heavenly kingdom Matt 13:43
Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear

How come they to be the righteous ? By the One obedience of Christ Rom 5:19!

Right, their minds have been intentionally blinded to this great Gospel Truth 2 Cor 4:4.
