Unless one of the gifted ministers has access to those origonal manuscripts , and gifted by God to be a conduit by God for those manuscripts . TO BE IN CHRIST
To be in Christ is to be in the revelations of Jesus Christ. One has to go through the three years of the milk understanding and eleven years of the meat understanding following the Holy Spirit and purging(doing the works) their carnality and then receive the revelations of Jesus Christ and walk according to them. There are a number of ways to be called, there are a number of ways to receive the Holy Spirit. Because of the way I was taught I teach everyone to just start reading the new testament and believe everything you read over anything you think or feel.

The world has only had the NT for about 500 years . So what would you tell people before that , before the NT was widely available ?

What works now for people to receive the Spirit of Christ , should also have worked for those back then too , right !

No , The Father has been calling some to Christ since He paid the price for mankind . What would you tell those , before God's word , on how to receive the Spirit of Christ ?

They dont receive the Spirit of Christ until after they enter the kingdom of God. They dont enter the kingdom of God until after they have followed the Holy Spirit into crucifying all their emotions.
