Watched this on local news tonight.

A man had kept his old high school car, an old 1971 Pontiac T-37 he got on his 16th birthday.
It was his grandmothers car and she gave it to him.
He took his now wife to their high school prom in this car.
Married and rode away in this car from the chapel.
Brought both their kids home in this car from hospital when born.
Had the car for 35 years and still drove it.

Someone stole it.
Found it advertised on craigslist the very next day.

The strange thing about the add is that a photo of the car was placed on craigslist ad several days BEFORE it was stolen.

Come to find out, these thieves would go around taking pics of people's cars they saw that they thought would be quick sellers and advertise them as for sale.
If they got a firm bite, they would then go and steal the car to take to the buyer.
