We are to study that we might rightly divide the Word of truth.

That is true, you study and put the verses in your beliefs. And the Holy Spirit will divide them into for a deeper understanding. When the Holy Spirit gives you a verse in your own mind. He has divided it from where it was at to teach you with.

Deceiving spirits "quote scripture" to humans.

The Holy Spirit is telling you to follow Paul's teaching.
The 4 Gospels properly belong to the Old Testament, Acts is a Transitional document to the Apostle Paul.

Satan only quotes old testament. If satan quoted new testament he would glorify Christ and his kingdom would be divided.

I'll give you an example of a verse that Satan uses against Christians who don't know how to "rightly divide" Scripture:
Hebrews 6:4-6 which concisely states If they shall fall away it is impossible to renew them again unto repentance
That Book of Hebrews is not written to the Body of Christ. That Book of Hebrews conflicts with Paul's Gospel of Grace.
Obviously, Hebrews belongs to a different "dispensation" where there is no "eternal security" (like the TRIBULATION, for example).

That verse fits perfectly in explaining blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. there are five steps that one has to go through in order to blaspheme the Holy Spirit. Jesus spoke everything in parables. The apostles explained them with the milk understanding.
[Heb 6:4-6, 10
4 For [it is] impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit,
5 and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come,
6 if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put [Him] to an open shame. ...
10 For God [is] not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, [in that] you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.

There is no "blasphemy against the Holy Spirit" for those who are "in Christ"... a member of the Body of Christ.
The "blasphemy" occurs against those who are undeniably confronted by the Holy Spirit of their sinfulness before a Holy God and REJECT that revelation.

26 "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.

There are 5 steps in blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. Heb 6-4 defines blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. Only preachers that have gone through these 5 steps can be unforgiven of blaspheme the Holy Spirit. Until one gets through all 5 steps they will be back sliding, or stumbling, or blaspheming. But if one gets through all 5 steps and then turns away. or says no to the Holy Spirit. Even now there are only two acceptable responses to the Holy Spirit. Obey or repent. They will never be called back. The milk understanding is 3 to 4 years long. The meat understanding is 11 years long. At the end of the 14 years one should come to revelations from Jesus. To rewrite his conscience. The conscience being your book of beliefs in your mind. But it takes the whole 14 years to crucify the flesh. I have been receiving these revelations now for 10 years. And if you will look in Gal 1-9 through Gal 2-2 you will see where Paul is exsplaining how long it takes to start receiving revelations of Christ.
2 Cor 11:12-15
12 But what I do, I will also continue to do, that I may cut off the opportunity from those who desire an opportunity to be regarded just as we are in the things of which they boast.
13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ.
14 And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light.
15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.

Using only the writings of the Apostle to the Gentiles, show me where he teaches the "blaspheme" of the Holy Spirit doctrine.

lol It doesn't work that way. The thing is the bible is written in the milk understanding. One can only learn the principles. What I share are the revelations of Jesus Christ. That I receive. Look for that revelation I posted one "The bible Is Written Out Of Context".
