It's a good idea to clean out your Private Messages box from time to time. Here are a couple of tips:
- There is a "Show Messages From:" pull-down menu in the upper left-hand corner of the main Private Messages page. Select "the beginning" so you can see all of the messages in the folder you are viewing, rather than just the most recent ones.
- There is a "Jump to folder:" pull-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the main Private Messages page. Use that to go to your Sent Items so you can delete those PMs, too.
