God is not illogical in ANY way.

You guys seem to not quite understand the nature of logic (at least genuine logic).

Logic is about reason and reality. If one's premises is correct and the reasoning sound then the conclusion IS correct, period. If you say that there are some things about God that cannot be figured out by us humans, that is not at all the same as saying that those things are illogical or beyond logic. Just because there is insufficient information to construct a proper thesis or answer a particular question doesn't negate logic it just means that you have insuffient information to apply the logic to. But to say that God is beyond logic or in someway illogical or even non-logical is an error. God is real and anything that is real conforms itself by definition to the limits of reality, and reality, by definition, is constrained by logic. If this is not so, then not only does logic become meaningless but so does reality. In which case, it becomes impossible to know anything at all. You guys really need to think this through, because you’re just selling the store to unbelievers and skeptics because you leave yourselves open to getting trapped by your own arguments.

Resting in Him,
Clete
