Theology Thursday: Our Five Senses

This is the show from Thursday November 20th, 2014

Summary:

* Eternal Senses: Bob shows that our five sense are not only for life on this earth, but also for eternity in heaven.

Today's Resource: God's Biblical Attributes

You may have been told that the five primary attributes of God are immutability, impassibility, omnipotence, omnipresence, and omniscience. We refer to these as the Greek and Latin philosophical OMNIs and IMs. They are quantitative. However, the actual five biblical attributes of God are that He is living, personal, relational, good and loving. These are qualitative. And as we will see, quality trumps quantity.

You statement is seriously anti-Christian. It is very very erroneous. Your statement is also absolutely contrary to revelations in the KJV N.T.

2 corinthians: 2 verse: 14 KJV NT. - But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Eternal life is only about our spirit, the spirit realm and other spirits including the Spirit of Jesus and the Holy Ghost.

Your five physical senses are called physical senses because they belong to our natural man or physical body. They are carnal and therefore useful only on physical earth.

When one dies on earth one's physical body goes dust to dust and so does one's physical senses of hearing, touching, seeing, tasting and smelling. All of these are gone, gone, gone.

However after death on earth, one's spirit body live on.

However if you are not aware of this body (i.e. your spirit body) you are left totally dead to everything, when you die on earth. You have absolute no awareness. This means that while you had a living physical body (on earth) you were not bothered to become aware of your spirit body. You were content to be aware of only your physical body and to be aware of things only through the faculties of your physical body (i.e. through your five physical senses). You were called 'the dead'.

Having not at all become aware of your spirit body and therefore not at all functional through the intuitive faculties of your spirit body, when you loose your physical body, (by death on earth) you can detect nothing. You are left totally unaware of anything. The only body through which you can function is lost or dead. In this totally aware or dead state, you are inevitably buried in the earth with your dead physical body in absolute unawareness or deadness. The promise is that Jesus will return in the day of the lord Jesus. This day is already 2000 years late. This is what Jesus meant when He said, 'let the dead bury their dead'. 'The dead' are people who refuse to become spiritually aware (i.e. they refuse to be come aware of their own hearts or spirits). They delight in their spiritual deadness. They are the dead who are buried in the earth with their dead physical bodies by their dead counterparts.

Spirit things are discerned only spiritually. The spiritual aware can discern their own spirit, the spirit realm and Jesus in His Spirit immediately after their death on earth. Then they rise like Jesus, in three day or less, to be like angels in heaven. They are not buried with their dead physical bodies, like the dead, to wait indefinitely for Jesus to return in a physical body and call out to them to awaken them and draw them out of the earth.

Therefore if you were informed enough to become spiritually aware while you live on earth (before your death), then you would be functional through the intuitive faculties of your spirit and therefore continue to have awareness of the spirit realm and your own spirit and others spirits (like Jesus in His Spirit) when you die on earth. Other wise you remain totally dead to all things spiritual, even while you live on earth and after your die on earth and the spirit realm. However the spirit realm is all that remains for you.

The natural man knows not the thing of the spirit realm and spiritual things. Only the inward man or spirit body detects and knows the spirit realm and things of the spirit realm.

Also only our spirit and the spirit realm are eternal. Our physical bodies and their physical senses are temporal. When we die on earth they gone.

Gurucam, hi! If you listen to the program, you will hear many scriptures that describe our five senses in action after we go to be with the Lord.

I see a difference between Greek-influenced propostional theology and the Kingdom of God teaching in parables by Jesus.
