Now [Klebold and Harris] start murdering kids at their high school and the command center ends up outside the high school and the file with Harris and Klebold is brought by a police officer to the command center and then nothing happens.

And here's what I believe: They're inside [the command center]. They realize the nightmare. They knew who it was. They had all this evidence and they did nothing. And they're trying to cover their tracks. They're trying to figure out, "What are we going to do? What are we going to say? What are we not going to say? What could we get away with denying?" That's what they're doing as kids are dying.
