One of my newer favorite things to do, in part by revelation of Clete, is get the original Greek and go probe chatgpt for meaning outside the Bible, if any. What I learn is what the late Bob Hill said a long time ago (on his website). "The NKJV really gets it right on this one". With quotes and not the quote function as that might not be his original verbiage. In this case, many already went through Genesis 1 and 2 in the original and explained it thoroughly. It is kind of odd to just ignore the modern English explanation of things like "firmament".
