Beloved of the Lord !

Beloved of the Lord !

2 Thess 2:13

But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:

These word " beloved of the Lord " are very Special, they actually mean :

Loved above all others ! To prefer ! Its comparative to what is said to God's Chosen People Israel Deut 7:6-7

6 For thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God: the Lord thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.

7 The Lord did not set his love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people:

See how His Love is associated with favoring a Particular above all others and Loving them above all others, This shows that God discriminates with His Love ! The People here also are the Beloved of the Lord . In fact the People here in Deut 7:6-7 and those in 2 Thess 2:13, also Chosen, are the very same People but only they are under the Old Covenant and these under the New Covenant , they are the People God Loved above all others. Those in Deut 7:6-7 like those in 2 Thess 2:13 belong to the Church of Christ or the Body of Christ. Those also in Deut 7:6-7 had to be accepted in the Beloved to be the Chosen Beloved of the Lord Eph 1:4,6

4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

The Only Way people can be so Special and Loved above others, is if they are accepted in the Beloved Son before the foundation !

The 1000 yr reign with Christ is now !

The 1000 yr reign with Christ is now !

Rev 20:6

6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

All for whom Christ died and redeemed are priests to God Rev 1:5-6

5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

And they now reign in Life Rom 5:17

17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)

The 1000 yr reign of Christ began at His Resurrection and Enthronement at the Right Hand of God, and Lasts until His Second Coming, when He will then do as Paul states here 1 Cor 15:23-26

23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.

24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.

26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

Yes Christ is reigning NOW and His Body the Church is reigning with Him !

Those who Christ died for and rose again for, they are reigning with Him a Thousand Yrs, yes even before they are believers, and that is why they shall become believers, this is because everyone Christ for and rose again, they being His Body, and He their Head, the were in the Purpose of God, in Union with Him, and so they took part in the First Resurrection Rev 20:6

6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

That they rose together with Him is symbolized here Isa 26:19

Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.

The First Resurrection is Christ's Resurrection from the Dead, and He did not rise as a Private Person, but as the Head of His Body the Church.

This is because the Head and its members constitute one whole entity; Those He died for and rose again in behalf of, were raised up together with Him Eph 2:6

6 And hath raised us up together[With Christ Our Head], and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

They sit and reign with Him a Thousand years, which years are symbolic of His Life and reign after His Resurrection and Ascension until His Second Coming;

So understand, those of us who were blessed to have Christ die for us, for our sins, and raised again, we are blessed to reign with Him, even when we were yet enemies and unbelievers and dead in sin, because we were in Our Head @ the Right Hand of God reigning with and in Him !

Agree!

All The Election of Grace, His Church were in Union with Christ their Head Eph. 5:23
before the foundation 2 Tim. 1:9. When Christ rose again, they were with Him and in Him Eph 1:4
and are now reigning with Him a symbolic 1000 years (a magnification of the number 10; completeness).

Yeah, in fact we have that life, though not experimentally, before we have physical life out of Adam our natural head !

Yes we do, just as Jeremiah was known of God, before He even formed him Jer. 1:5.
And so like him, we were also Sanctified by the Blood of Christ, set apart for God's Purpose,
before we were born physically Heb. 10:10-14!

So when Jesus says one must be born again Jn 3:3,7

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

The word again is anōthen means:

I.from above, from a higher place

Its the same word used here Col 3:1

If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, G507 where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

So everyone Christ died for and rose again for, and they inn Union with Him, Raised up with Him, in due time they are born from above where they reign with Christ already in Life ! So as Peter writes they are born again through the Resurrection of Christ 1 Pet 1:3

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

Thats how and why all for whom He died must be born from above, by the Resurrection of Christ [their Head] from the dead !

Something to understand about OT Prophecy on Israel !

Something to understand about OT Prophecy on Israel !

The predictions in the OT made on the Kingdom of Israel are to be understood literally, but Spiritually, and not naturally, because, the israel naturally,Abraham's physical children according to the flesh, they be not the Children of God Rom 9:8

8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

So that the NT Body of Christ, Abraham's Spiritual Seed has fulfilled the OT predictions regarding Israel, which means God fulfilled all the Promises made to Israel in the formation of the NT Church of the Body of Christ, comprised of both jew and Gentile believers in Christ, and that's a fact whether we believe it or not !

The NT Church is the continuation of True Believers from the OT Church [of Believers like Moses Heb 11:26]

Note: Moses would have been persecuted by the natural jews of Christ's Day for His Faith in Christ, much like Paul was and the other Apostles !

And all such are the Spiritual Children of Abraham !

Something to understand about OT Prophecy on Israel ! 2

Something to understand about OT Prophecy on Israel ! 2

Another reason why the OT Promises to Israel cannot refer to israel according to the flesh, meaning those jews that are his natural descendants, they not being the True People/ Children of God Rom 9:8, they are quite the opposite according to scripture light, they are ishmaels, thats what the scripture reveals and indicates in Galatians, which is seen in Gal 4 by allegory Gal 4:22-30

22 For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman.

23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise.

24 Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar.

25 For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.

26 But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.

27 For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband.

28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.

29 But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now.

30 Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.

Notice Vs 25 !!!! That represents natural israel, the same ones Paul writes of in Rom 9:8 not being the Children of God.

The natural jews , were only physically related to Abraham as ishmael was, but had no part in being Heirs Together with Abraham and His Spiritual Children, they have been cast out just like Vs 30 in allegory indicates, with a most solemn Promise "for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman."

Rom 4:13

13 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.

The natural jews israel, Abraham's physical descendants, have no part in the Promise to Abraham and His Seed here in Rom 4:13, none whatsover !

So none of those OT Promises and or predictions applied to them !

A Righteous world in 2 Cor 5:19 !

A Righteous world in 2 Cor 5:19 !

The World in 2 Cor 5:19

19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

This world is a world that God imputes Righteousness unto ! Now how do we know this for sure ? Its because scripture interprets scripture in this matter. Now understand something plainly stated of this world, which is that God does not impute sin unto it, which speaks of the Gospel Doctrine of Non Imputation; Now there is another scripture that speaks of Non Imputation and accompanying it is forgiveness of sins Ps 32:1-2

1 Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.

2 Blessed is the man unto whom the Lord imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.

Note: That would imply as well that the World of 2 Cor 5:19 is a forgiven world !

Now for my main point and subject, this Non Imputation of sin entails automatically the Imputation of Righteousness, this is clear from the fact when Paul quotes David in this matter, he adds with Non Imputation the Imputation of Righteousness as observed here Rom 4:6-8

6 Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,

7 Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.

8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

Hence Paul makes it clear that accompanying Non Imputation of sin is the Imputation of Righteousness without works, which does enhance the blessedness of the One or Ones who have Non Imputation of sin, which would include that Word of 2 Cor 5:19 ! So the World of 2 Cor 5:19 is a Righteous World before God with no sin charged to it !

A Righteous world in 2 Cor 5:19 ! 2

A Righteous world in 2 Cor 5:19 ! 2

If God does not Impute sin to a person or to a world as in the World of 2 Cor 5:19, it is because those sins of theirs has already been by Him,Imputed or Charged to Jesus Christ, instead of to them, and Jesus Christ pays the penalty for those sins of theirs charged to Him. The Penalty of their sins was death as indicated in Rom 6:23, and He as the Gift of God died their death, discharging them from their penalty of sin; and such ones whose debt of death for their sins has been discharged, by the Justice of God they are entitled to Life as proof of the same !

So each of them are quickened to life by their Last Adam 1 Cor 15:45, and they receive the Light of Life, to no longer walk in darkness, because of Christ Jn 8:12

Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Now who is is that shall be following Him ? Its His Sheep, those whom He died for Jn 10:4

4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.

as you have very clearly illustrated in Parts 1 and 2!

For She Loveth Much and her sins are forgiven !

For She Loveth Much and her sins are forgiven !

Lk 7:36-48

36 And one of the Pharisees desired him that he would eat with him. And he went into the Pharisee's house, and sat down to meat.

37 And, behold, a woman in the city, which was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at meat in the Pharisee's house, brought an alabaster box of ointment,

38 And stood at his feet behind him weeping, and began to wash his feet with tears, and did wipe them with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and anointed them with the ointment.

39 Now when the Pharisee which had bidden him saw it, he spake within himself, saying, This man, if he were a prophet, would have known who and what manner of woman this is that toucheth him: for she is a sinner.

40 And Jesus answering said unto him, Simon, I have somewhat to say unto thee. And he saith, Master, say on.

41 There was a certain creditor which had two debtors: the one owed five hundred pence, and the other fifty.

42 And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?

43 Simon answered and said, I suppose that he, to whom he forgave most. And he said unto him, Thou hast rightly judged.

44 And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon, Seest thou this woman? I entered into thine house, thou gavest me no water for my feet: but she hath washed my feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head.

45 Thou gavest me no kiss: but this woman since the time I came in hath not ceased to kiss my feet.

46 My head with oil thou didst not anoint: but this woman hath anointed my feet with ointment.

47 Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little.

48 And he said unto her, Thy sins are forgiven.

Have you ever wondered why this women in this sacred narrative, why she manifested such love and appreciation for Christ by what she did unto Him:

She hath washed my feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head.

This woman since the time I came in hath not ceased to kiss my feet.

This woman hath anointed my feet with ointment.

Apparently she did these things unto Christ her Saviour out of a overwhelming sense of experiencing His Love and Mercy and Forgiveness.

This women also I believe to be Mary, the Sister of Lazarus and Martha, the children of simon the leper ! I believe this incident happened in Bethany right before the Cross activity ! See Matt 26:6-13

6 Now when Jesus was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper,

7 There came unto him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at meat.

8 But when his disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, To what purpose is this waste?

9 For this ointment might have been sold for much, and given to the poor.

10 When Jesus understood it, he said unto them, Why trouble ye the woman? for she hath wrought a good work upon me.

11 For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always.

12 For in that she hath poured this ointment on my body, she did it for my burial.

13 Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her.

Mark 14:3-9

3 And being in Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, as he sat at meat, there came a woman having an alabaster box of ointment of spikenard very precious; and she brake the box, and poured it on his head.

4 And there were some that had indignation within themselves, and said, Why was this waste of the ointment made?

5 For it might have been sold for more than three hundred pence, and have been given to the poor. And they murmured against her.

6 And Jesus said, Let her alone; why trouble ye her? she hath wrought a good work on me.

7 For ye have the poor with you always, and whensoever ye will ye may do them good: but me ye have not always.

8 She hath done what she could: she is come aforehand to anoint my body to the burying.

9 Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached throughout the whole world, this also that she hath done shall be spoken of for a memorial of her.

John 11:1-5

Now a certain man was sick, named Lazarus, of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha.

2 (It was that Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.)

3 Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick.

4 When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.

5 Now Jesus loved Martha, and her sister, and Lazarus.

Now, I believe the reason why Mary, who "anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped His feet with her hair" who had a overwhelming sense of Christ's Love for her and Mercy and Forgiveness toward her, I believe the reason why is because she is the same women here Jn 8:1-11

1 Jesus went unto the mount of Olives.

2 And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down, and taught them.

3 And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,

4 They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.

5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?

6 This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.

7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.

9 And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

10 When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?

11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

For the Mount of Olives is en route from Jerusalem to Bethany !

I believe Mary was that Women who experienced the Mercy and Forgiveness of Her Lord right at that Time, when she was able to hear the words from His Mouth, " Neither do I condemn thee: Go and sin no more" !

To me, this could explain why she anointed her Lord and wiped His feet with her tears that day !

Yes, she surely was overwhelmed with love for Him just as each one of "the Woman",
His Church is, when the Spirit reveals Christ's Love and Forgiveness for them;
the ones He gave His Life for! Eph. 5:25

Having read these verses many times before, yet I never noticed this until today:

"When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman... " John 8:10 !
