Marine Lt. Colonel illegally jailed for political reasons

Colonel Scheller is facing an Article 32 hearing. Never before in the history of the US Marines has any officer been jailed pending an Article 32 preliminary hearing. That suggests the military is no longer operating under traditional laws but is changing its own rules to allow for the unjust persecution of political prisoners.

Lt. Col Stuart Scheller, who recently garnered considerable attention for social media posts and videos demanding “accountability” is now in military jail, the Marine Corps announced.

He is in pretrial confinement at the Regional Brig for Marine Corps Installations East at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, pending an Article 32 preliminary hearing, Capt. Sam Stephenson, a spokesman for Training and Education Command, said in a Tuesday statement to Marine Corps Times. The time, date and location for that hearing have yet to be determined.

The Biden military has released Col. Scheller who was being illegally held in a Camp Lejeune brig. I wish the military would arrest Lt. Colonel Vindman instead and try him for insurrection and treason, but that would be too much to expect from a military tainted by leftist ideology at the top. (On a side note, I just got back from Camp Lejeune last week where our company is involved in military construction projects.)

Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller has been released from the brig at Camp Lejeune, N.C., as the Marine Corps weighs whether to charge him for making several videos and social media posts demanding accountability from U.S. military leaders over the Afghanistan withdrawal.

A source close to the case said Marine Corps officials on Tuesday refused to make an initial hearing open to the public or allow it be recorded. Media outlets asked for a delay in the hearing so they could raise their objections in federal court.

Just before Tuesday’s hearing, Marine Corps officials at the base agreed to release Lt. Col. Scheller from the brig — where he had been held in pre-trial detention for a week without any charges having been filed against him.

Scheller has been fined and reprimanded by leftist bootlicks in the military for exposing the truth about the Biden administration's tragic bungling of the Afghan withdrawal that left hundreds of innocent Americans (including dozens of American schoolkids) and allies abandoned behind murderous enemy lines. Compare that to the way the democrats exalted Lt. Col. Vindman for violating his oath of office, violating the chain of command, slandering the Commander in Chief, and attempting to overthrow the elected republican government of the US.

A Marine Corps officer who released videos and social media posts harshly critical of senior military leaders over their handling of the U.S. pullout from Afghanistan will receive a punitive letter of reprimand and forfeit $5,000 in pay.

The sentence was handed down Friday to Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller during court-martial proceedings at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. According to local media reports, Col. Glen Hines, the judge in the court-martial, considered docking Lt. Col. Scheller‘s pay for two months, but relented because of time already spent in the brig.

While the illegal leftist fascist FJ Biden democrat government is busy jailing patriotic Americans for speaking out against horrible leftist policies, edicts, and military failures, good men and women are still rescuing Americans (with no help from the illegitimate, incompetent, criminal FJ Biden administration) stupidly and cruelly abandoned behind enemy lines in Afghanistan.

Johnny, who served with U.S. infantry units for more than six years, was rescued at the end of August by a U.S. Senator, a private veterans group, and members of the 82nd Airborne, one of the last combat translators to make it out before the war’s end.

US ARMY PARATROOPER KILLED FIGHTING ISIS IN IRAQ IS IDENTIFIED

As he exited the car which drove him and his wife and three daughters from Fort Lee, Virginia on the last part of this perilous journey that started in the chaos outside the Kabul airport, Johnny hugged Sgt. Mike Verardo, with whom he served in southern Afghanistan a decade ago.

"Mike and Johnny last saw each other in southern Afghanistan before Mike was put on a medical helicopter to evacuate because of his life-threatening injuries," Sarah Verardo, Mike’s wife, explained. Sgt Verardo was with the 2-508 in Arghandab when he was blown up by an IED in April 2010.

Johnny was visibly moved when he saw the wounded paratrooper, who also suffers from a traumatic brain injury and has had more than 100 surgeries at Walter Reed.

"He lost his leg. I'm so sorry for him," Johnny said, as he and his family were shown their new home. "He did a great job for my country, for my people. Also for his country. He came to Afghanistan to try to help the Afghan people."

Their new home was provided by a veteran and his wife who bought a second home in North Carolina to be near her parents, who also served in the military.

"We looked at each other and said, ‘You know, if we can do something, let's do it," Paul Cruz told Fox News. "These people, like Johnny have risked their lives with the American forces for many years. And we felt that we owed it to them to be able to at least help and get them off on the right foot as they make their way."

The family also gave Johnny a car.

"Being a husband and a father knowing that if that were me, I would just fear for my life. I would hope that someone would be able to help," said Cruz. "We just happened to be in a place and time where we were able to do that."

Sarah Verardo, the CEO of The Independence Fund, helped form Save Our Allies with The Mighty Oaks Foundation when the Taliban took Kabul. To date, they have rescued 12,500 Afghans using private charter flights.

The Biden officials keep changing their story. First, it was a hundred Americans abandoned behind enemy lines. Next it was two hundred. Now it is 450 Americans tragically abandoned behind enemy lines by Biden's botched pullout. How may will it be next week, 600? 1,000? 5,000?

A Pentagon official on Tuesday told the Senate Armed Services Committee there are still nearly 450 American citizens who have yet to be evacuated from Afghanistan, more than previously estimated by the administration.

Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Colin Kahl told Sen. James Inhofe (R-Okla.) that there are 439 American citizens still in Afghanistan, 76 more than the State Department had estimated were there on Friday, when it said there were 363 Americans still in Afghanistan. Both estimates are greater than the 100 to 200 number Secretary of State Antony Blinken said were left behind on Aug. 30, as U.S. forces were withdrawing from the war-torn nation.

Scheller pleaded guilty, and was sentenced on October 18.

Marine Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller was sentenced on Friday to receive a punitive letter of reprimand and forfeit $5,000 of one month’s pay after pleading guilty to all charges stemming from his public tirades against top military and civilian leaders, the Marine Corps announced.

Scheller will now begin the process of exiting the service, said Capt. Samuel Stephenson, a Marine Corps spokesman. The nature of Scheller’s discharge will be determined by the Navy secretary.

Additional info:

Oh c'mon. You know better than to confuse space cadet conspiracy theorists with facts. They're confused enough as it is...

The Biden military is not kind to conservatives. The Biden gang is a lot like the Nazi secret police in that regard.

Best be careful then or you'll be rounded up and tossed into concentration camps by the "democrat gestapo"...

🤪
I suspect it will come to something like that. According to the Bible, during the tribulation, the leftists in charge will be beheading anyone who refuses to go along with the leftist mandates.

Revelation 20:4
And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Do you think Christians who believe God are unhinged? If so you must be a democrat.

Revelation 6:15-17

King James Version

15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;
16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:
17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Many are. In fact, history is replete with "unhinged" Christians. In our own time, have you ever heard of Ted Haggard, Tony Alamo, Fred Phelps, Jim Bakker, Kenneth Copeland, Robert Tilton, Larry Lea, Jimmy Swaggart, etc? And that doesn't even begin to scratch the surface.

I am not unhinged by those who profess to be Christian and do bad things, whether in religion, in science, in business, or especially in politics.

Both estimates are greater than the 100 to 200 number Secretary of State Antony Blinken said were left behind on Aug. 30, as U.S. forces were withdrawing from the war-torn nation.
The story keeps changing. Biden claimed a very small number of Americans were left behind. Government officials later increased the number to more than 400. Now the number stands at more than 14,000. Do democrats lie to cover their own sins because they think nobody will ever find out the truth?

On Aug. 19, Biden told ABC News: "If there are American citizens left, we're going to stay until we get them all out."

U.S. troops were withdrawn on Aug. 31. At the time, Biden estimated there were 100 to 200 Americans remaining in Afghanistan who wanted to leave.

Again on Sept. 5, White House chief of staff Ron Klain said about 100 Americans were still in Afghanistan who wanted to leave.

State Department deputy spokeswoman Jalina Porter echoed that estimate on Sept. 10.

But one month later in October, the Pentagon clarified there were actually more than 400 American citizens still in the country.

Now it's revealed that 14,000 green card holders are still trapped in Afghanistan, people who can apply for U.S. citizenship and enjoy many of the same rights as citizens with the exception of the right to vote.
