The Maricopa County board of election supervisors pretty much confirmed the illegality of their behavior in the last election. How did they do that? By setting up a plausible way to deny the legality of the audit they were ordered to submit to before the audit even begins. Why would they do that? It's obvious. They are guilty and trying to hide their guilt.
