They finally got around to it, but let me throw in my assent Duder - the NT in many places affirms the problems with and ungodliness of homosexuality. Old and new claim it to be such. If it were only in the OT I might listen to reasoning for it to be passed away - there are laws we are no longer under, for example the dietary laws, or the Levitical priesthood and sacrificial system. But homosexuality sure seems to me like more of a moral issue, and when it is confirmed by multiple new testament passages, that's enough for me.

Now, I don't think we should "kill" homo's, like the Levitical law says, and I think those who claim that are idiots. We should reach out to homo's in love, and try to bring them into the family of God. But never compromise the fact that the homosexual lifestyle is a sin - an abomination in the sight of God, and not a behavior that should be tolerated in a believer any more than pornography, stealing, or murder.
