Huge protest this weekend - led by the far-Left and Kremlin apologists - will demand Berlin stops arming Kyiv... as polls show public support falling​

Earlier this month, far-left politician Sahra Wagenknecht and feminist Alice Schwarzer launched what they called a 'manifesto for peace' criticising the government's approach to the conflict.

Calling for 'an end to the escalation of arms deliveries to Kyiv' and 'the opening of negotiations with Moscow', they have also invited like-minded Germans to join them at a demonstration in central Berlin on Saturday. Russian apologists among the far-left and far-right fringes of Germany society are expected to attend.

As Berlin has increased its support for Ukraine since Chancellor Olaf Scholz took just days to announce seismic shifts in Germany's military after Russia's invasion, public support for sending arms in the middle-ground of German politics has also risen.

However, according to Ellen Ehn - editor in chief of Germany's WDR TV, which runs polls on public opinion - the number of people who say Scholz's decision to send main battle tanks to Ukraine was a mistake has started to increase.

Yeah I'd like to know more about those numbers growing and growing, vs. the sort of views of anti-interventionists and critics of American foreign policy who wouldn't count themselves Putin apologists, but critics of American policy. It's two different things. The kind of Putin apologia you see on the right is much more centered on the man and his traditional white Christian nationalist views.

IOW, you're a pantywaist coward who refuses to go over to the Ukraine to volunteer your time, effort, and perhaps risk personal injury or even death in your war hero Zelinskyy's military operations. You're happy to watch, in safety and comfort far away from the war zone of the Ukraine, Ukrainian men being maimed and dying in the battle instead of you--you're delighted that they're fighting your war for you. What would Putin have you to do? Should be pretty easy for anyone to condemn Putin's invasion of Ukraine and those that make excuses for it/him are either woefully uninformed, outright thick or complete trolls.

It's actually quite easy for anyone of sound mind to condemn the Russian regime and their inexcusable invasion of Ukraine. I'm sure you're all self impressed with this little rant though.
