Keep in mind that we all
Need to really feel like we are
Special and that we are really
In the talking about compliments and
Showing that they matter and to
Really give them the encouragement and
Boast that they need to really have
It is how you and I show others in
Doing the good job and it makes them
Feel better and knowing that they are
Really doing the job as they need to be.

Sadly we live in such a
World that don't at all
Recognize the work and eve
If we are doing very hard work
That can really be stressful and on the
Edge due to a possibly deadline
It makes it very hard when we don't
Hear compliments or in the getting a
Pat over on the back as that we think
Our own efforts are nothing at all.

It is like that with
Earth and it is like that
Over in the not getting the
Compliments much less in the
Respect that we feel is due to
Us and how we feel like our
Work is meaningless and it feels
Like we are doing it for nothing
You know even small but yet
Kind compliments could go in a
Very long way to make the day feel better.
