Christ took the burdens really
From us as He who knew no sin
Became sin so that we wouldn't have to
Die and be beaten up and ridicule as
You and I couldn't do so as sinners
He was invincible and perfect but
Came to take the form of God's Servant
Very short three years that He was here on a
Mission from God and on how that brutal cross
He paid it all, he paid it in full so that we wouldn't have to
Carry that burden and how He did so as He loved
Us before we loved Him how He paved the way for eternity and salvation.
