Enemies lists by school districts, 10 year prison sentences for putting someone at risk of being annoyed, cannot assign baby's gender at birth. I have a comment on this last one. A baby's gender is not assigned at birth. Nobody has ever done that. A child's gender is observed at birth. It comes out as either a boy or a girl. That's the only two possibililities that have ever by possible and they have never been "assigned". They are just confirmed as to what gender child come out of the birth canal.
