In what ways could a crook commit voter fraud in America?

If a crook was inclined to commit voter fraud (and there have been hundreds who have been convicted of voter fraud in cases that prove crooks have been motivated to commit voter fraud), how could he do it?

There are several possible ways, including:

1. Register to vote in more than one precinct
2. Vote by mail and then vote again in person
3. Collect ballots that were sent to invalid addresses for nefarious purposes and fill them as many out as possible
4. Pay precinct workers or become a precinct worker who lies and cheats when counting votes
5. Find a way to hack into a voting machine to alter vote tabulations
6. Get illegals to vote illegally
7. Vote multiple times, even in multiple states, under assumed or legitimate names
8. harvest ballots from areas where harvesting ballots is easy
9. Vote early, often, and even late, depending on what you can get away with
10. Bus alleged voters from one precinct to another to cast votes multiple times in areas where such dishonesty is hardly ever detected

There are likely more possibilities but what we should do as Americans to make it harder for crooks to commit voter fraud?

Democrats are doing little or nothing to stop potential voter fraud and are in fact seeking to pass legislation making voter fraud easy in all 50 states forever like it is in Russia.

I like the Russia reference. Add Russia to the list of countries where we never want to do things like how they do it in Russia.

The list.

China.
North Korea.
Most of Africa.

Democrats oppose investigation reports of voter fraud and all laws designed to prevent future voter fraud, just like they have refused to comply with past laws requiring voter registries to be purged of names of non-eligible voters.
