The doctrine of the immaculate conception of Mary teaches that Mary was born without the stain of original sin and that she is therefore exalted above fallen humanity and even the unfallen angels. This teaching then follows on to say that Jesus received from Mary a nature which is essentially different and higher than ours. This is in direct contradiction to the Scriptures which declare, "Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren..." Hebrews 2:17

Hi and we all know that the bible does not call MARY , IMMACULATE and no where does it imply it or that Mary is the QUEEN of HEAVEN , when all have sinned and come short of the glory of God and Gal 3:28 says that there are no FEMALES in the B O C !!

Your various posts have consistently made it obvious that you and I hold drastically different understandings on many things.

Your assertion in your above post, is NOT one of those :thumb:

His nature was sinless because He was Devine and was thus born of the Spirit.

He was Israel's promised "Behold your God shall come" - the 2nd Member of the Triune God that the Apostle Paul so obviously holds to as a doctrine in places like, say, Romans 8 and the latter half of 1 Cor. 2.

On this we might disagree. In which case, you would be the one off - run those passages where a phrase like "the mind of..." is used.

Together, they reveal the "Three agree...in One..."

Contrary to what many think, the doctrine of the immaculate conception states that Mary - not Jesus - was born sinless. This is in direct opposition to the Bible position that "...all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23.
