Pointing out childish immaturity isn't childish in itself JR. Grown, Christian, men throwing around slurs and puerile insults isn't something that the Bible gives a pass too, it's just childish and pathetic behaviour, that's all it is.

Jesus reserved His ire for the legalists of their time, those in power and abusing their authority and with point and purpose. Not remotely comparable.

The Demented in Chief.

I don't care if he's got help posting those or not (is his blonde assistant with him overnight?), that he's posting them at all is a historical low.

Well, it's been suggested that Natalie Harp is responsible for Sunday's demented flow of nonsense but that strikes of scapegoating. Even if she were, the content has to require presidential approval:

"The WSJ reported that Harp prints out drafts of social media posts for approval from the president, and people familiar with the matter told the outlet that the post drafts will often “recycle content from other accounts that Harp or advisers think would appeal to Trump.” She's been reportedly referred to as the “human printer” for using a portable printer to deliver hard copies of information to the president,"

The AI poster of himself rescuing George Washington on Mount Rushmore was utterly deranged...along with the rest of it...

Rescuing? Some interpretations would have him dangling George Washington off the cliff until he told him where the gold was. ;)

[Vlad has] a frankly, bonkers view about conservatives

Here kiddo. Let me take a moment to explain to you how the world works.
I know you think this is all "bonkers", but do you see this graph right here?

CorpProfitsGraph.jpeg

This is a graph showing how the US GDP has been divvied up over the years between corporations and workers. Notice how a rise in corporate profits never indicates a rise in the labors share of national income. And in fact, after the 1980s a trend begins to indicate more and more clearly that corporate profits means a decrease in labor income.

That's kinda weird, huh? What happened in the 1980s?

Well a few important things happened back then. Political conservatives convinced the middle-class that if we are nice to the rich and help make it easier for them to get even more rich, then (get this) the rich people will be nice to their workers in return and pay them more money!

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Now in some rare cases it did work. Not every corporation back then was run by bastards (JaBil lavished their employees with benefits you would not believe, (100% paid health insurance, 24 hour access to a gym and an indoor swimming pool built specifically for their employees, Friday after work they would buy as much food and beer as you consume until 11 pm. All kinds of things Americans will never see again) . But a part of the somewhat secret agenda of the conservative leaders back then, involved something called "shareholder primacy". It's a corporate profit driven ideology that led to the courts increasingly ruling that corporations had a duty to maximize shareholder profits, regardless of what that meant for the workers. So slowly but surely it basically became against the law for major corporations these days to be good to their employees (or even to be good to the owner, in some cases).

Now, who are these shareholders, one might ask..

Well, they are mostly conservative Republicans! Wealthy ones, of course. The same ones who still want to convince all of the stupid middle class and Christian republicans today that if we work like slaves to make them more rich, then that money will "trickle down" back to us in some way. And it does not. In fact the opposite happens.

It's a case of conservatives eating their own. And sadly, millions of Christians bought this idea. Saying "Well Jesus said it's right for people to do whatever they want with their own money."

But Jesus didn't exactly say that, and this isn't exactly what is going on here. I am not a communist or a socialist in anyway, but greed should be stigmatized. Instead, we have stigmatized anything that does not increase shareholder value.

"Kiddo"?" I'm 54 and know fine well how the world works thanks,

Big business and corporate greed are not yardsticks for political viewpoints and you can't entirely blame conservatives for how businesses are conducted either. I've worked for a few businesses where profits were paramount and staff were just commodities. It happens, that's how the world works at times unfortunately. Ya know - the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. It sucks.

None of this has anything to do with sane conservatives realizing that the commander in chief is an utter loon and his approval ratings are down the pan. Oh, and how much money has Trump paid on vanity projects at taxpayer expense?
