Trust in God with all your heart, soul, strength and mind; meaning with word and deeds through Jesus Christ.

Ro 10:9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame."
12 ¶ For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.
13 For "whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved."

So you are interpreting this as salvation? Don't have to obey Jesus' commands? Just giving God lip service?

what is your point?

9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.

Yes that is the way of salvation. Jesus was preaching to Jews who were still under the law. Yes we are to follow the teachings of Christ, but not for salvation. Salvation comes by grace through faith in Jesus Christ and what He did on the cross to pay for your sins, believing He died and rose again.

Jesus is the Lord, why do you disregard His command of being faithful to Him until the end?

I know your interpretation is the most protestants' view. But this is Jesus-less faith. This is the core of corruption of protestants.

Jesus says we know them by their fruit, and ungodly fruit is showing in most churches. You can run but you cannot hide. You guys are only fooling yourselves.

I'm 100% sure nobody goes to heaven when they die. Heaven is for God and His angels, nobody else. Believers await the return of Jesus in Paradise. The same place Jesus and the thief on the cross went when they died. Of course Jesus went on to Heaven, and is where He sits at the right hand of God the Father.

I'm not really sure why anyone would think that the Christian's destination is Heaven, when clearly our destination is Eternal Life with Jesus on the New Earth?

Jesus said He has gone to prepare a place for us and He will return to takes us to Him.....He wasn't going to Jerusalem He was going back to heaven.

Yes, and once He does return we will live reign with Him on the old earth for a millennium and then in the New Earth for eternity.

Rev 20:4-6 and 21:1-4
