For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

Before Christ can be the Saviour of a People, He must be their Head,. So His Savoiurship is indelibly connected to His Headship.

So the World Hes a Saviour to Jn 4:42

And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world.

This World must be His Body the Church.

In this passage, read how many times Jesus says "whoever."

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's only begotten Son. “Whoever” is whoever. This is plain and simple. Calvinists use special exegesis to twist the scriptures. Whomever in the world believes turns into whomever in the world of believers who believe.

1 John 2:2 He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.

Are you willing to repent of all the falseness you followed?
Are you ready to give up family and friends who will go against you for leaving Calvinism?
Are you ready to give it all up for God's Truth?

Jesus is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world. This scripture shows that Jesus saves any who come to him in belief; it is a choice of all men, if they only would not love darkness instead of the light.

God wants all men saved. Read how many times scripture says "all men.”

John 1:6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. 10He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. 11He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name. 13Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men.

1 Timothy 4:10 (and for this we labor and strive), that we have put our hope in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, and especially of those who believe.

That scripture right there should stop any one from ever misunderstanding and believing Calvinism ever again. How much plainer language does it have to be? "Savior of all men, and especially of those who believe.” All men have the chance to obey and believe.

Christ was constituted a Covenant Head for a People in order to save them Isa 42:6-7

6 I the Lord have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;

7 To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.

His Death was A Suretyship Death as a Head Heb 7:22

22 By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament.

There is two worlds.

"They said to the woman, "We no longer believe just because of what you said; now we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this man really is the Savior of the world" (John 4:42).

"If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you" (John 15:19).

What is the difference?

Absolutely Brother ! Christ is the Saviour and Head exclusively of the World of His Body the Church, and the only portion of humanity [a remnant Is. 1:9] to have forgiveness / remission of sins in Him Eph. 1:7 their Head; the Many He gave His Life a ransom for Mat. 20:28.

Col. 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

Mat. 26:28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.


Also it is referred to as the Blood of the Everlasting Covenant:

Heb. 13:20 Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,


Therefore, the people in Is. 42:6 are the Many referred to in Mat. 26:28, and the Sheep who have remission of sins as a result of their Surety's Blood Work on their behalf, it is because He is their Covenant Head and Saviour of the Body.

No such thing as 'the world' meaning 'just Jesus' body'.

Jesus came to save the world, and NO ONE was put in his body before he came and died.

What you say is so ignorant. What you say goes against the fact that the Jews were the covenant people and the GENTILES WERE NOT.

But they can come into the covenant if they repent to God through Jesus.

The Gentiles and Samaritans were pigs and dogs not sheep.

Jesus tells us how to become sheep.

Ephesians 2:12 remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world.

The word body here does have the same meaning as world. Its the greek word is
sōma and means:

is used of a (large or small) number of men closely united into one society, or family as it were; a social, ethical, mystical body

The english word means:

in a body, as a group; together; collectively:

Now compare the definition of kosmos the greek word for world:

any aggregate or general collection of particulars of any sort

As you can see the definitions are practically the same.

Jesus Christ could not have died for people unless it was on a just legal ground. So He had to be the Head of a People God the Father had given Him Jn 17:2. It was for these He entered into covenant, becoming their legal surety, and agreeing in the everlasting covenant, to be their Head and taking upon Himself all the liability, legal accountability they had before a Thrice Holy God, even to receiving the wages of death they incur. He also in their behalf works out a perfect righteousness, that fulfills every jot and tittle of absolute conformity to the very Righteousness of God. Now this couldn't be possible if He weren't already set up as their Legal Head, and they His Body !

What don't you understand about ALL MEN can be put in the body if they do what Jesus says to do to be put in the body?

What don't you get about you being wrong when you said Jesus came for his body?

You also said his body are the people of the covenant.

And you said the people were all sheep.

None of that is true.

Jesus came FIRST FOR THOSE WHO WERE ALREADY AS SHEEP through their submission to God.

Jesus came first for those who were in the first covenant with God.

Then after Jesus taught the way to get saved, he was crucified and then shed his blood for all those who were not yet sheep.

You were given scripture that plainly says the Gentiles were NOT covenant people.

Jesus said others were pigs and dogs.

WELL PIGS AND DOGS CAN GET SAVED NOW BY BECOMING AS SHEEP.

Jesus came to MAKE A NEW COVENANT.

He came to make a covenant based on faith.

The old covenant was NOT based on faith.

When Jesus came, God CUT OFF all the Jews who did NOT already have faith in Him.

It did NOT take faith to be in the old covenant with God.

Those who WERE in the OLD covenant with God, AND THEY HAD FAITH---they were already saved and already SHEEP.

The other Jews who were cut off for not having faith---they were bound to the SAME PLACE AS ALL GENTILES.

The Gentiles who did not come into the old covenant might have had faith in God, but they were disobedient for not coming into the old covenant.

Now Jesus made an easier covenant in that HE WOULD DO THE CLEANING WORKS.

All have to do what Jesus says to do to become a sheep and be saved.

When Jesus was crucified, ALL were bound to hell.

Now ALL have to do what Jesus says to do to get saved.
