Luke 1: 66-69 is not often quoted as inspiration toward an individual's salvation in Jesus Christ. This text is also about the identity of the elect - regardless of one's physical bloodline - in redeemed Israel. That is what is being said, Israel was redeemed in Jesus Christ and salvation was made possible by Christ in redeemed Israel. We know from other texts - like Romans 10: 12 and Galatians 3: 28 - that salvation though Christ in redeemed Israel was offered also to non-Jews, who are not of the chosen bloodline.
This is truth. 10 "...and in all deceivableness of unrighteousness among them that perish: because they received not the love of the truth that they might have been saved.
11 And therefore God shall send them strong delusion that they should believe lies:
12 that all they might be damned which believed not the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness." II Thessalonians 2: 10-12
Dispensationalism-Separation Theology, Christian Zionism, those of the Rapture Theory cannot fully accept the Truth in Luke 1: 66-69.
The problem for them is that they believe the physical bloodline yet exists. contrary to Galatians 3; 3, 16-17, 26-29 and some other texts like Philippians 3: 2-11, especially Philippians 3: 5-8.
Since the physical bloodline still exists for dispensationalists, they believe that those not of the bloodline who are saved cannot become saved in redeemed Israel, but must be outside Israel in the Capital C Church.
And here comes the dialectic.
