Rom 5:21

21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

Many in false man made religion have the slightest notion of what this verse teaches, and yet its perhaps the clearest declaration as to what it means to be saved by the grace of God through Jesus Christ ! Every man or person that Christ tasted death for Heb 2:9, will know what this great truth means, because it was by this same reign of grace that Jesus tasted death for them !

Now, earlier in the context of the fifth chapter of Romans, Paul shows how Adams sin effected sin to reign unto death, like this verse implies Rom 5:12, death reigned upon all men because the one man adam sinned, and Rom 5:17

17For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)

And of course Rom 5:21

21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

Now to contrast what the one adam effected, death by sin, Grace must reign through Righteousness !

What Righteousness one may ask themselves ? Here it is, in the context Rom 5:18

18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one [Jesus Christ] the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

Thats the Righteousness that effects the reign of Grace ! Now as death was sovereign over men, so must be Grace Sovereign over men, much more than death, or else, the conclusion will reasonably be, the reign of death effected by the one natural man adam, is of greater consequence and effect than the reign of Grace effected by the Righteousness of the Lord Jesus Christ. Yes thats elevating what the natural man adam did over and above what the Spiritual God Man Christ did !

Now if we are teaching the false doctrine that Christ tasted death Heb 2:9 for all men without exception, and some of them He by the Grace of God tasted death for still perish in their sins unto eternal death, then we give victory to what adam the natural man effected, moreso what the Grace of God effected by the death of Christ ! How many are guilty of this horrible deed ?

All of the devil's children John 8:44!

Before the sin of Adam's disobedience, the portion of humanity that he was Federal Head of was composed exclusively of Christ's Elect Seed, all of these men/persons were given Grace in Him before the world began 2 Tim. 1:9, which Christ was Covenant Head and Surety for in the Everlasting Covenant of Grace. These were reconciled even while enemies Rom. 5:10, because of Christ's Righteousness being imputed to them, and their sins imputed to Him Rom. 5:19; Rom. 4:7-8. For these Grace Reigns Rom. 5:21.

It was only after Adam sinned that the non-elect portion of humanity was added to his posterity, Cain being the first. Christ did not taste death for these, but they were condemned already John 3:18, 36 and shall remain under God's wrath permanently until the Day of Judgment Rev. 22:11. For these, death reigns.

You would do well to believe what Paul wrote, Hebrews 2:9 and reject what the heretic John Calvin wrote.

What does it mean that Grace reigns through righteousness ? Rom 5:21

21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

It's speaking of the Righteousness of Christ in Rom 5:18

Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

It's that Righteousness of that One Christ! That's why Grace reigns unto eternal life! Its an everlasting righteousness as the prophet Daniel had revealed to him Dan 9:24

24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

It's our prerogative to choose life or to choose death even though life is available to all of us through Jesus Christ.

You are messing with the scriptures again.

The scripture plainly says, "That he (Jesus) by the grace of God should taste death for EVERY MAN" Hebrews 2:9. Do you know what every man is?

Why can't you accept what the scripture says?

So Grace reigns through righteousness by Jesus Christ Our Lord Rom 5:21

21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

This Grace is Gods Power reigning to save His People from their sins. It cancels out the power of sin and death brought in by Adam. Grace is the effectual working of Gods Power Eph 3:7

7 Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power.

Paul is here testifying to being saved by reigning grace. By Sovereign Grace he was made a believer and minister at the same time, Read Acts 9 !

Amen Brother, Grace reigns through Jesus Christ by the working of His Power in New Birth, which is exclusively for all those whom He made Righteous by His Life and Death on their behalf Rom. 5:19-21, as was our Brother Paul !

1 Pet. 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

Man-made false religions teach that God hates humans so much that He delights in burning them in hell forever, except for a small number of those He spares for no reason related to their desire for forgiveness and deliverance from sin.
