A Fusion GPS lawyer is risking major legal sanctions by attempting to establish back channel communications with Alfa Bank in the middle of a law suit.
For those who don't remember the background Alfa Bank was accused by Fusion GPS of committing illegal acts in their dossiers used to get FISA warrants against Carter Page and then through that warrant the rest of the Trump administration. Alfa Bank was quite rightly angered by the false accusations coming from Fusion GPS so they brought a lawsuit against Fusion GPS.
Now, during the lawsuit Fusion GPS is attempting, through their lawyers, to talk Alfa Bank leadership out of continuing their lawsuit. But, they are trying to do so by illegal means. Instead of making all proposals through the plaintiff's attorneys they are making proposals through a family member of Alfa Bank leadership.
Fusion GPS is rotten to the core, and remember, they did all this stuff for Hillary Clinton by attempting to ruin Donald Trump's reputation. While this is happening far from the limelight it is still shining truth upon the vast illegal conspiracy that is Hillary Clinton. Crooks always forget that truth will out.
