In an memorandum asking a court to order Robert Morss be held pending trial, prosecutors claimed that law enforcement officials “recover[e]d a fully constructed U.S. Capitol Lego set” while arresting the defendant.
But in a supplemental motion, authorities said they erred in conveying that claim.

Federal Government Paying $6.1 Million to Create Database for Capitol Breach Prosecutions

The Department of Justice has committed to paying more than $6 million to a multinational firm to create a database to host the reams of data that prosecutors are gathering in cases against accused participants of the Jan. 6 breach of the U.S. Capitol.
Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP was contracted in late May to help develop the database and the government has started transferring a large volume of materials, including tens of thousands of records from the U.S. Capitol Police, prosecutors said in a court filing last week.
“Following the Capitol Breach, the United States recognized that due to the nature and volume of materials being collected, the government would require the use of an outside contractor who could provide litigation technology support services to include highly technical and specialized data and document processing and review capabilities,” prosecutors wrote in the July 8 filing, which was submitted in a case against several accused Capitol participants.

I think you do. It is Pavlovian, media driven. There have been 3 attempts + to draw some legal accountability. All of them agreeing that such is inconclusive.
When you choose sides, you are totally willing to see the good in your side, and the bad in the other. It is a hard conversation at that point, because it will always be about the difference. Always. It is why 1) I don't tend to do politics, and 2) I try not to trust in chariots or horses (biblical reference), meaning we trust in what is actually worthy of our trust. As long as this country is divided and losing sight over politics being more than a leverage, I just have to shake my head and try and avoid political discussions. Even this one, bad and agreed, is but the symptom. There is shock when it all reaches a boiling-point, but no ownership of turning up the heat, each side turning it up the next notch higher. My political leaning is to look for that which dials it back down. Yes some things are worth fighting for, but they all generally lead to divorce, all a dysfunctional family. When turned up just a couple more notches, those who turn it up are guilty of the very thing they want others burned for. We don't take responsibility for 'our' part of the consequence. Even me, not doing politics, feel I had a hand in the Capital protest/riot/sedition. We are a country divided. We, collectively, each and every one of us, are responsible, if not to blame, as a nation. We can all ask ourselves what we did to turn up the heat. There are too many people who have died and been otherwise harmed already. "In the name of...!" is a nice mantra, but we need to be very sure of what we are fighting for, responsibly, because heads will roll as we amp up the polarization. People are looking for a utopia that doesn't exist and never will: “Our country! ... may she always be in the right; but our country, right or wrong!” Stephan Decatur "Our" embraces, however grudgingly.

There were many people there that have no previous criminal record. Most in fact. What we saw 'we' collectively are responsible for. You might want to post a picture of you and I behind those bars for what 'we' collectively helped do. It is ALL about politics and ALL about the logs in our own eyes. WE collectively amped up the extreme. "WE" did.

As long as there is significant corruption in the Justice Department we will likely never see prominent democrats like Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Bill Clinton, or hundreds of others charged and jailed for their crimes, although we are likely to see more and more innocent Americans like Gen. Flynn and Roger Stone crucified by the corrupt officials on false charges.

The evidence is there. You saw it. But don't expect Orange Man to be charged with much, because at the end of the day it's still a good 'ole boys' club, the Democrats are just about as dirty as the Republicans. and one hand washes the other.
