Judge Kathleen Cardone, a Bush appointee to the bench, said Texas was interfering with the way the federal government wanted to carry out its immigration policy.
The two-page ruling is a victory for President Biden and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, giving them a continued free hand in catching and releasing tens of thousands of illegal immigrants each month.

I think we may see a challenge from Texas as to the ability of the federal government to over-reach and attempt to block just and defensible Texas law.

In other words can Texas tell the federal government to go stuff it when it comes to interfering with their own laws. We're seeing this in many states right now regarding election law.

Biden and his brain trust, Kamala Harris, have finally uncovered what is causing the humanitarian crisis at the border that democrats claim is not a crisis.
