Coronavirus conspiracy theory - let's get it straight

If that's what you think the Mayo Clinic website is actually saying then you're an idiot, but of course we already knew that.
No, the idiots are the ones who think they will find any reputable source stating that masks are largely effective against the spread of covid because they stop the transmission of most covid particles in the normal process of breathing. No, masks DO NOT STOP THE MAJORITY OF COVID PARTICLES FROM BEING EXHALED OR INHALED BY BREATHING. They may stop some, but certainly not most.

We're witnessing cult behavior. Prior to the Chinese virus, every research paper showed masks to have a tiny effect or no effect at all. The social experiment of religious mask wearing also showed that they don't make a difference. To top it all off, we know why they don't work: the China virus is spread by aerosols, so it just goes around or right through the mask.

This reminds me of what some Mormons say when asked what they'd do if confronted with incontrovertible evidence against their faith: "I'll still believe in it"

That's the whole point, masks do stop some. Which means it's better than not wearing a mask at all and stopping none. You would already know that if you weren't so selfish and had a little more concern for the well-being of those around you.

You seem to think there is a set number of virus particles in existence, and catching some of them will somehow put a dent in the death and suffering around the world. What you fail to grasp is that viruses replicate, and redirecting, delaying, or destroying a few isn't going to make a difference. If masks helped at all, we would have seen the virus fizzle out already. Based on your thinking, we can reduce lung cancer by slightly reducing the amount of smoke that one cigarette produces.
You would already know that if you weren't so selfish and had a little more concern for the well-being of those around you.
You know the self-righteous guilt trip jig went out of fashion last year, right? Another good example of cult behavior.

Democrat prescription for solving the covid crisis: "Don't listen to rational scientists. Don't listen to the facts. Don't trust your own judgment. Just do whatever Marxist democrat government tyrants tell you and you will have immunity from disease."

The difference is insignificant.
There are also negative effects of wearing masks, especially those who must wear them for long periods of time.
No, it isn't. Also, there are protocols in place in regards to your latter along with medical exemptions for wearing them such as a friend of mine has. She isn't against them in principle either.

Most people do NOT get exemptions. Many have to wear makes throughout their work shift.
JR has posted many links to valuable information regarding the negative health consequences of masks.

Honestly, you'd think some of these space cadets were being told to put a concrete pillbox on their head. I'm continuing to wear a mask and use sanitiser stations when I go shopping because it's still a prudent thing to do even though it's no longer mandated in the main at present.

Anyone in the UK with a valid reason can get an exemption so that's shot.

And if you get hospitalized with the covid, you will be begging for our socialist government to pick up the tab and pay your medical expenses for you.
