Hardly. In the case of Republicans, judges belong to the Federalist Society, who tell Republican presidents who to appoint. So those judges belong to the Federalist Society, not to the puppet president who was told to appoint them. All those judges that Trump appointed who presided over voter fraud cases in the 2020 presidential election proved that their allegiance was not to Trump when they tossed his campaign's cases out of their courtrooms, from the Supreme Court on down.You seem to think judges belong to the presidents who elected them.
