Theology Thursday: Christmas & the Incarnation

This is the show from Thursday December 25th, 2014

Summary:

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

Today's Resource: The Gospel of John

Christ spoke often of the Father. Still, He preached an egocentric message. Jesus said: follow Me · believe in Me · abide in Me · do all for My sake · confess Me · love Me · come to Me · keep My commandments · receive Me · seek Me · I bear witness of Myself · I am the truth · I am the life. Should a created being direct most attention to the Father, or focus upon himself? Bible teachers use a handful of verses to establish Christ’s identity. As is his style, Bob Enyart starts with a sweeping overview of the Bible to address the deity of Christ. This study stuns and delights, respectively, those disputing and affirming His divinity.

The Gospel of John verse by verse Bible study is available in three MP3-CD Volumes.

JEFFERSON ,

TO ME , YOUR STUFF IS TOO OFFENSIVE TO REPLY TO.

JESUS SAID NOT TO OFFEND PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE DOING.

PLEASE STOP POSTING IT .

James 3:2 For in many things we offend all.

If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man

Mark 9:42 And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me,

it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck,

and he were cast into the sea.
