Oh really? Then I suppose those "seditious" Christians in Acts 8:1 should not have fled the persecution THEY were experiencing either? Funny, I don't recall God calling them "seditious" or condemning them for fleeing.... Oh, I forgot.... knowledge of the matter has no bearing -- I must believe they were seditious by faith! Thanks, Bill. :thumb:Originally posted by bill betzler From Jaltus: Remember, America was formed because of people FLEEING from persecution in England where they used, that's right boys and girls, the KJV.
Those seditious people should have submitted themselves to the authority over them. You know, like the Calvin and Servitus account.
Acts 8:1 (KJB) "And Saul was consenting unto his death. And at that time there was a great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles."
