I don't see that as mocking the Bible but making a point about using it to direct public policy. Another way of stating the president's point: the Bible isn't for the world, but for a holy people chosen by God. Will the world turn its weapons into farming tools? The defense department couldn't survive that scripture, logically. What he's claiming is just common sense. You have to choose: nuclear submarines or not? The guy in the video mocking the president implied the Lord would choose nuclear submarines.

Love God and love your neighbor as yourself is harmful?

Scripture was not written for the unbeliever but for those who want to live a full life, a life as the Creator designed it could be.

Turning weapons of war into plowshares is an event that will not happen until there are no enemies of God's people. That is still future.

Self defense is an act of love.

Obama seems to be favoring Islam with all its violence and suicide and oppression. Islam initiates violence. Christianity does not
