Free market capitalism builds houses that can be afforded by buyers who have saved or secured the necessary capital to use for their purchase. Socialism and Capitalism build houses with other people's money they can then provide at reduced rates to the lazy, the greedy, the covetous, the addict, the unemployed, the unemployable, the criminal, the illegal, the irresponsible, and the indigent.
The researchers over at the wind energy lab are already working on increasing the power outputs of wind turbines.
How do we improve hydroelectric power generation? Must it be improved or replaced? Must nuclear energy be replaced? Apparently not, since Global Warming alarmists are taking renewed interest in nuclear power for its lack of carbon emissions.
