The only thing that I would do differently is try harder in school. I failed school badly, not because I wasn't capable but because at the time I couldn't be bothered to try. Right now I'm in the situation I can't afford to go back and get the qualifications I need.

The reason why there is so little I would do differently is because I know that the person I am is the sum of my past experiences. I've learned from all of my past experiences - the good, the bad and the ugly. God has taken me from that and formed me into the person He wants me to be. If I'd lived life differently, I wonder what person I would have become?

The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, and wiser people so full of doubts. - Bertrand Russell

      No, no . . . this one is good . . .

I have been blessed with the grace of God, and I wouldn't want to press His patience any further by trying to do things over!

"The immutable God never learned anything and never changed his mind. He knew everything from eternity."

" The difference between faith and saving faith are the propositions believed."
      Gordon H. Clark

"If a man be lost, God must not have the blame for it; but if a man be saved, God must have the glory of it."

That's an interesting take on it!

Well, if I could step back in time, I would absolutely marry my ex again because, if it were not for him, I would not have been blessed with my two oldest children.

Lots, I think any man who doesn't is a fool.

What I would change depends on if you talk to the old man or the new man.

If you talk with the old man there are couple of girls I should of got more entangled with, if you talk with the new man there are a couple less.

There is the obviously sin less answers. But the big one is trust God more, earlier and fuller.

I should have majored in computer science instead of Psychology. I think finances would not have been such a struggle all these years and would have been able to use my creative abilities. When I got a programming job in 1979 after a couple years of college and only having had one programming class at PLU I didn't realize where this computer thing was going and didn't stick with it. I've recently realized this thing is going somewhere and am getting into it late in life.

                  Totally depraved doctrine.
                  Uncertain salvation.

Maybe I should give it more time before deciding whether to jump in?

                        I'd have been a school-refuser.
                        I'd refuse one-to-one tuition too.
I'd listen to no one who caused me cynicism, concern, consternation or confusion.
I'd listen to know one who pretended to be okay.
I'd spend all of my time looking for people in distress,
                        and offering them my servitude.
