He would cause the falling of many in Israel, doesn't sound real victorious (Lk 2:34).

Those who rejected him and Twelve's teaching were fallen. But to those who believed,


Isaiah 60
60:1 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.
60:2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.
60:3 And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.



None of this is difficult, it's a matter of believing what you read.

Do you think that he will ever reject his false premises?

His "if it's not repeated, it's cancelled" nonsense has him believing all kinds of garbage.

I wonder who fooled him into believing such a silly idea.

It is repeated. The "it" being: through the Seed, all nations will be blessed. The thing which the Seed was going to do bless them all had been done. it was not about the land or a kingdom! It was the providing of righteousness in himself for all who believe.

There is nothing about the land that has this stature in the NT. instead it is going to be toast.

It is repeated. The "it" being: through the Seed, all nations will be blessed. The thing which the Seed was going to do bless them all had been done. it was not about the land or a kingdom! It was the providing of righteousness in himself for all who believe.
