Child Protective Services, defending the "right" of homosexuals to destroy young lives

I was hoping that we could talk about the young man with autism, but I guess not.

Which Child Protective Services are you talking about, as there are over 50 of them in the US/US territories?

Since Libertarian doctrine has been successful in defeating Judeo-Christian based laws, homosexuals have been allowed to adopt and mentor children. As it's been well established, sexual abuse comes with that, and the reason law enforcement/CPS is called in.

It's an insane vicious cycle that we're living in: Give children to child molesters and then expect agencies to remove the child[ren] after the inevitable happens.

I still do not know what is meant here by "Libertarian Doctrine." And "Judeo-Christian based laws" would imply that these laws are based both upon a theology which is from Christ's doctrine shown in the New Testament and Judaism. A definition of Judaism says it is "The monotheistic religion of the Jews, tracing its origins to Abraham and having its spiritual and ethical principles embodied chiefly in the Hebrew Scriptures and the Talmud."

It is true that many moral laws in the Old Testament have been incorporated into that which is Christian, that is, doctrines in the New Testament. But this is Christianity in which believers have been so transformed by the Gospel of Christ that they have a love for the truth and a love for those morals brought into Christianity. Thats why it is Christian and not Judeo-Christian. I understand that on this forum dispensationalism is followed and understood to mean that God has two peoples and two programs, Old Covenant Israel and the Church and that which is understood here to be "Judeo-Christian" is followed.

Five months ago, local authorities and mental health officials removed Nate Tseglin from the family’s Irvine apartment, committed him to a psychiatric hospital and charged his parents with misdemeanor crimes, saying they neglected him.
https://www.ocregister.com/2012/11/12/parents-government-clash-over-autistic-sons-care/
Sounds like a no-win situation for the family.
CPS decided the only way to protect Nate Tseglin from himself is to keep him restrained, put him in a padded cell, and drug him until he is no longer a threat to himself or others, which is considered abuse if the family, but is not considered abuse if the government pays "experts" to do it.

Don't cha just hate it when there's more to the story?
Do you?

A California Father Pleas for Justice: Wheelchair-bound Son Kidnapped and Allegedly being Tortured in State-care

Earlier this year, Medical Kidnap covered the story of Nate Tseglin, a young man diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome who was strapped to a wheelchair and removed from his parent’s care by the state of California against his will and the will of his family and then allegedly force-medicated with various drugs.

In a heartfelt plea for justice, Ilya Tseglin, father of wheelchair-bound Nate Tseglin, exposes what he and so many others believe to be the slow debilitation of his son by chemical dependency during his conservatorship by Orange County Regional Center (OCRC) and what Ilya describes as their vendor, NOM (No Ordinary Moments).

According to the Tseglin family:
Nate was absolutely healthy, had had no EPS and seizures, because he was free from the harmful toxic, inappropriate, and unrelated drugs. Nate was provided with a kosher, healthy diet, lifestyle, appropriate treatment and family’s support and care. Nate was daily participating in religious services, physical and mental stimulation, education, and community affairs when he was with family.

Sounds like the start of a "conspiracy theory" that CPS was created by homosexuals and sex traffickers to procure their victims.

The Problem
The sex trafficking industry is fueled by buyers who pay traffickers to supply victims to meet their demand. Men, women and children from a wide variety of backgrounds are victimized through sex trafficking. Vulnerability factors that make individuals more susceptible to trafficking include low self-esteem, being abused or neglected, poverty, homelessness, being in the foster care system and identifying as LGBT. Children’s emotional and economic dependence on others and undeveloped ability to analyze decisions and understand consequences combined with their high “market value” among buyers make them especially vulnerable to traffickers.

Are you aware of ANY that refuse to allow homosexuals to "parent" children?

That doesn't make any sense. By law, it's legal for homosexuals to adopt, be guardians and mentor children. The respective CPS agencies in the US and US territories have absolutely no say over that matter.

Sounds like a no-win situation for the family.

I can't begin to imagine the things that parents who have children with extreme autism go through caring and raising a child like Nathan Tseglin, so my reply is out of compassion for the heartbreak those parents go through and for what's best for Nathan.

It appears because they are of the Jewish faith, they didn't believe in using medications to help control Nathan's severe case of autism. Hence, they had to lock him behind a steel door, inside a urine infested room, where Nathan did extremely harmful things to himself, and as shown, to others.

I would like to think that the parents didn't do this out of malice to their son, but after years of having to deal with a child with severe autism, perhaps they snapped and did want harm done to him.

In any event, sometimes people outside the family have to intervene and let the family know that there are better ways to deal with a family member who has severe mental problems. Agencies in in the State of California did just that and hopefully Nathan Tseglin will get the professional help that he so badly needs.

While I could provide vast amounts of documentation showing that the homosexual movement is into sex trafficking (because raping little children is what homosexuals do best), I just don't know how 50+ different State law enforcement agencies could conspire together do such a thing.

Perhaps InfoWars Alex Jones could join us and explain it in further detail? (that is if Jones is done with his lawsuit by the parents of dead school children for saying that their children really weren't murdered and it was a "government conspiracy").

Which is inherently harmful to those children, correct?

Of course they do - they could recognize the inherent harm in allowing homos to "adopt, be guardians and mentor" children and remove those children from an inherently harmful environment

IF they wanted to do good, as your thread title claims

In a righteous world those who engage in that "infamous crime against nature" wouldn't be able to adopt, be the guardian of, or mentor children, but since Libertarian doctrine now rules our culture and laws, those things are perfectly legal. Unless CPS is called in on a case of child neglect, where it can be shown that the child[ren) in the homosexuals custody has been physically abused or is in danger of physically abuse, they have no say over the matter.

Teaching a child immoral beliefs is no longer a crime.

i.e Libertarians/homoseuxals win, children lose.

they had to lock him behind a steel door
How was he "daily participating in religious services, physical and mental stimulation, education, and community affairs" if he was locked behind a steel door?
Because of the involvement of CPS kidnapping him, he is now locked behind a steel door and is unable to participate.
inside a urine infested room,
I suppose he is now strapped down in his wheelchair to prevent him from peeing in his room.
where Nathan did extremely harmful things to himself, and as shown, to others.
I suppose he is now drugged insensate to keep him from being able to do much more than swallow the food that is placed in his mouth by his handlers.

It is possible that CPS agencies in the 50+ states are staffed mostly with people like you that think they are better than others and know better than parents how children should be raised.

These people would put blinders on themselves to prevent them from seeing that kidnapping children and putting them in foster homes is putting most of those children into places where they will be abused much more than they would have if left with their parents, and that the mere act of taking the children away from their parents and siblings and forcing them to live with strangers does a lot of damage to the children's mental health.

The sex traffickers would not need to infiltrate the CPS agencies in large numbers as long as they have a way to get the data about which children are taken and where those children are placed.
That would enable them to create a menu of the "catch of the day" to provide for their buyers.

During the Counterculture of the Sixties and Seventies, especially in the sixties, Freudian-Marxist Herbert Marcuse and Wilhelm Reich encouraged the sexual liberation movement. So, in the sixties especially the hippies focused on drugs and sex as ways of changing their mental states. The Hippie movement could be called a "cultural movement" instead of being primarily a Political Ideology. But - Marcuse and Reich were part of the Frankfurt School of Transformational Marxism, which clearly was a political movement.

And the drug and sexual liberation movement in the sixties and seventies could also be said to have been a part of the "libertarian movement" back then, which fed into the later larger and more lasting "Me Generation." This all worked against Christianity in the West. And the sex lib and drug movements as Libertarian as well as political Marxist movements blended in with the "Me" Movement, which was fed by the movement toward narcissism. Self-psychology historically can be considered to have been a part of the Counterculture of the Sixties and Seventies and of the Me Generation,

If this is what is meant by "Libertarian doctrine has been successful in defeating Judeo-Christian based laws," then this should be explained and not implied that Libertarian Doctrine is something else, more like Jeffersonian ideas.

One would think with all of those outside activities, Nathan would have used the restroom there and not needed to do it in his cell bedroom.

As we've learned from my previous posts, most of the reports that CPS is given come from places outside the home where people not associated with the family see that something is very wrong and report it. It's highly likely that people attending Nathan's synagogue, his doctor's office, etc. etc. had suspicions of abuse.

They're professionals who are investigating child abuse allegations. As we've learned from my previous posts, their #1 goal (if at all feasible) is to return the child to his or her family if there was cause to temporarily remove them from what was upon investigation, an unsafe environment.

That's quite a conspiracy theory, thank you for sharing it.

We haven't discussed the criteria for being a foster parent, so now would be as good of time as any.

From the State of Texas:

The prospective foster/adoptive parents may be single or married and must:
be at least 21 years of age, financially stable, and responsible mature adults,
complete an application (staff will assist you, if you prefer),
share information regarding their background and lifestyle,
provide relative and non-relative references,
show proof of marriage and/or divorce (if applicable),
agree to a home study which includes visits with all household members,
allow staff to complete a criminal history background check and an abuse/neglect check on all adults in the household, and
attend free training to learn about issues of abused and neglected children.
https://www.dfps.state.tx.us/Adoption_and_Foster_Care/Get_Started/requirements.asp

There's much more on that website, but I thought that would be a good starting point for discussion.

Your presuppositions are disconnected from reality.
Nathan urinated in his bedroom, by his own choice, despite having other options available.
You try to claim that Nathan had no other option because you are trying to make it seem like Nathan was being abused.

I suppose when a mentally ill person is locked in what is supposed to be a bedroom and there is no toilet inside, by that person's own choice they would empty their bladder when they needed to.

You try to claim that Nathan had no other option because you are trying to make it seem like Nathan was being abused.

I link reports/articles for a reason, I do wish you would read them. Here is the link again from my earlier post, from the Orange County Register:

The saga began when the Tseglins lost the services of the company providing Nate Tseglin’s 24/7 in-home caretakers. The firm had more than $100,000 in workers’ compensation claims in one year resulting from his “outbursts,” according to a letter filed in June in an Orange County court.
To satisfy a mandate in their conservatorship agreement, the Tseglins directly hired untrained, inexperienced workers. At least two of them were so shocked and appalled at Nate Tseglin’s condition and his living space that they filed complaints with law enforcement and county health officials. That’s why police and county health officials conducted a welfare check on him in June and later removed him.
One caretaker told police that he had been “booked” through Orange County Jail, and the conditions there were better than Tseglin’s, according to the police report.

Again, my heart goes out to parents with autistic children, as I can't imagine the pain that they go through trying to do what's best for their child. As mentioned before, sometimes it takes people from outside the family to help those parents realize that professional help is needed.

It would be interesting to see the records from the child protection agencies of the 50+ States to see what percent of abused children are returned to their parent(s) or guardian after the parent(s)/guardian go through counseling to help them overcome their 'lifestyle' that brought on the CPS actions (drug abuse, alcoholism, pornography/sexual abuse of the child, etc.). It would also be interesting (more like heartbreaking) to see how many children are removed from that environment a second time because the parent(s)/guardian give into old habits.

Unfortunately in this day and age of Libertarian mentality ("It' MY body and I can do with it as I please!") I'm speculating that the child loses out to the selfishness and destruction that the Libertarian mentality brings.

I see you still won't give up your delusion that Nate Tseglin's parents are horrible people that abuse their son.

It looks like professional caretakers were not able to handle things, so CPS blamed the parents and kidnapped their child.

So, now that Nate Tseglin is in the hands of the government who strap him down, lock him in his room, drug him senseless, and let him urinate all over himself, he is safe from the parents who are alleged (unproven) to strap him down, lock him in his room, and let him urinate all over himself.
