What constitutes "blasphemy" of Mohammed or Allah?

This post asks some thoughtful and well-written questions,
which we'd like to see our Islamic posters to answer:

...
"The important thing must be to establish the rules, so we can all get along. To start with, are you allowed to be critical of Muhammad at all? For example, can you suggest that while he was generally perfect, he could sometimes be quite forgetful, and wander into Mecca saying "what did I come out here for"?

If you say "he was the best prophet going, but I have to be honest and say he was **** at table tennis", does that warrant an execution or just a wallop with some pebbles?
And are all images banned, as there seems to be some confusion over this? Maybe there’s a moderate wing of Islamic State, that says it’s alright as long as he’s drawn from the left as that shows off his best side.
Can you draw him if his face isn’t revealed, like the band Slipknot, or The Stig? There should be an agreed and written code, as the stakes for getting it wrong seem to be fairly high.
One way in which we’re ensuring we protect those values, is by demanding all Muslims denounce the gunmen. It’s true that every Muslim leader in Britain has denounced them several times, but that’s hardly sufficient. They might denounce them at five past three, and then again at twenty past three, but what are they doing in between? For all we know they’re blowing themselves up at bus garages.
So to truly distance themselves from the shooting, every Muslim should have to draw their own satirical cartoon involving Muhammad trampolining on a pig, so we know we can trust them."

So how about it?

Come on Muslim apologists: What are the rules?

The rules are quite simple:

1. The Prophet (pbuh) nor God can be depicted in an image. The reason - to prevent idolatry
2. Any religion (not only Islam) must not be insulted or be subjected to mockery.

At the same time Islam welcomes criticism and dialogue between faiths and no faiths as long as they are respectful, meaningful and sincere. For this has to be at the right time, place and audience.

Thank you for spelling it out. Your rules are rejected. What are you going to do about it?

You welcome a dialogue that only allows neutered criticism. Where you are allowed to set the rules arbitrarily based on how you feel about it. This is no honest dialogue.

Just to be clear, if I draw a stick figure picture of Mohammed you are afraid people might start worshipping it?

And even so, isn't that their own problem, not the artist's?

2. Any religion (not only Islam) must not be insulted or be subjected to mockery.

I believe it is not the responsibility of others to protect you from feeling insulted. Everything insults or offends somebody.

You've correctly pointed out that "blasphemy" as defined by
pedophile following morons is plainly no excuse for murder,
especially while a guest in a foreign country with its own laws and traditions.

The reason - to prevent
giving insane satanic murderers an excuse to
commit horrific crimes against the innocent, women, and children.

There: Fixed that for ya.

God mocks islam and other evil practices in the Bible. You can shove your koran in the garbage and burn it. You are a fool.

If you die in "Jihad", you get 70 virgins,
because the 'god' of Islam is a sick pervert who thinks women are not human.

Here's what they look like:

Naz, I'm starting to think this thread has nothing to do with you actually wanting answers.

I want an answer that prevents murders of innocents in the name of "Islam",
and an answer that reduces Muslim immigration into Western democracies to ZERO,
and an answer that helps muslim immigrants now in Europe,
the Commonwealth and the USA to pay their own way back to their
countries of origin.
