Countdown To President Trump Re-election

What is the appeal of Donald Trump to his base? Why is it that a man who is entirely lacking in the necessary virtues needed for the job - wisdom, curiosity, compassion, discipline, courage - has such appeal?

It is, I suggest, his refusal to be ashamed. He lies without shame, he race-baits without shame, he risks peoples lives at his rallies without shame. And on and on and on.

Why is this appealing? Because, I suggest, his base are the kind of people who are literally yearning for permission to be, yes, racist, xenophobic, misogynistic, ignorant of science, and cruel. And by refusing to be ashamed of his own dreadful characteristics and behaviors, he gives tacit approval to his base to do the same.

Voting out Trump is the start. But then you need to deal with 60 odd million of his supporters who are now comfortable in their own moral and intellectual degradation.

Good luck.

Do you really want to appeal to cookie sales, given that the stereotypical Trump supporter is a decidedly doughy, socially immature, 35 year old male who lives in Mama's basement and likes to play with guns?

You're absolutely right on this.

Poor suggestion/evaluation, especially when it is political maneuvering, shaming and just that thin.

I'm not sure it's looking very good for Mr. Trump. Here it is election night, not that I was looking for any talking heads, God forbid, but I just turned on the TV, and they're showing somebody scrambling eggs. Nobody's called the election, and they're already in a Biden frame of mind!

Have you planned your exit strategy? Sooner or later, and likely sooner, allegiance to Trump will rightly make someone a pariah.

For Trumpists: pariah (noun): an outcast.

Anthony Fauci is a service-proven expert who for years has served the public selflessly and tirelessly.

Donald Trump is a bumbling baffoon who exemplifies the very worst humanity has to offer. You know, like his base.

Careful lest any sees you as projecting what is in your own window. There is no way every democrat espouses the ills, for instance, of Bill Clinton in office. Your biases and own bigotries are showing. Matthew 6:22-23

You're absolutely right on this.
 :nono:

I very much hate mudslinging at election year. It is always ▲this evil. Can any of us escape such wicked accusation long after the election is over? :nono: It is flat out wicked. Oddly Stuu, a nonChristian reminded me of Matthew 7:2 today...

Are we there yet?

What does the question Biden asks three or four times, on his way to the bathroom, have to do with the election?

Wait! I see! You're commenting on, if Biden wins, what his first words will be at his swearing-in ceremony?

"Are we there yet? Look, I... I mean... I solemnly swear, uniting greenhouse gases the brink of torpedoes... Look, faithfully execute a windmill, and to campaign stop solar panel big tree masks... Bush pandemic blue state, and quote the raven China policy Hunter."

I've no allegiance to Trump, you fool. You vicious, bloodthirsty miscreant who salivates to have violence enacted against those who are not your fellow anti-Christ, Satan-worshiping Nazi leftards. "Exit strategy" to exit what, exactly? To escape from the violence you wish to have enacted against them?

Whatever you characterize as "allegiance to Trump" will "rightly make someone a pariah" to whom? Ah...to mobs of ignorant, self-righteous, baby-murdering, anti-truth, anti-logic, lying, demagoguery-slurping, tyrant-worshiping, Nazi leftard brute beasts such as yourself? But aren't those whom you characterize as having "allegiance to Trump" ALREADY pariahs to you (going back at least four years, now) and the rest of your Nazi leftard mob?

Please, tell us exactly what you mean by your threat that those whom you characterize as having "allegiance to Trump" will "sooner or later, and likely sooner", go from not being pariahs to being pariahs. Because, you just told us that such people are not, presently, pariahs, by telling us that something will "sooner or later...make" them pariahs.

That's the wrong approach. They're just going to see you as a flatterer.

Isaiah 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

"Woe is good!" - I'm Joe message, and I approve this Biden.

Just in. It says the 7:30 polls closed on TV. They called the network news rooms for Biden. Some minority woman is raging and wildly gesticulating about something. (I usually have the sound off for commercials, and worse.) But I need to run along, lost track that I was looking to watch the original Godzilla tonight.

"who lives in Mama's basement"

You mean people who live off of somebody else's wealth?

Where would Democrat politicians be were it not for the millions of bloodsuckers whose support they get by promising them that they will, through their "welfare" progams, hand over wealth stolen from its owners?

It's hilarious how you just farted in your own face by condemning the very thing that most appeals to your ilk (second only to murdering babies): living off of others' wealth. Although, in your case, it's not merely living off of others' wealth that you love--it's living off others' wealth that has been stolen from them by you and your Nazi leftard State.

I can sure tell you're a socialist. Only a socialist would have an "exit strategy" for what they proclaimed to believe. As for me?
"Upon common theaters, indeed, the applause of the audience is of more importance to the actors than their own approbation. But upon the stage of life, while conscience claps, let the world hiss! On the contrary if conscience disapproves, the loudest applauses of the world are of little value."
