Do you not hold that Israel's being cast away as a nation happened at the end of Acts and not at the end of Acts 7?
Do you not hold that the fullness mentioned in Romans 11:25 is not yet future but happened near the end of Acts?
Do you not hold that the Thessalonians only had what you define as the Gospel of God and then needed what you define as the Gospel of Christ?
If not, what do you hold to on those three?

There are no breaks, there are just the sacred number sets of 7s. Like Mt 1. Sets of 14 but continuity through all.
The break or extension that matters is the devastation of v29 in the 2nd half of the last week. It appears God wished to give Israel a generation to respond properly. Which is why Hebrews warns of ground that will be burnt, to that generation.

Paul is raised up to preach to the fallen. He gathers a remnant into the Body. Only after this does
the Jew no longer have an advantage.

Nah, just a matter of believing Paul. As of the writing of Romans, the Jew still had an advantage, and there was a remnant of them going into the Body, not all had been cast away yet.
Perhaps yours is a MAD Acts 2 hybrid, and mine is just MAD.
