Why we should all LOVE Ted Cruz

i wish someone would close the government

then maybe the Debt would go down... by huge amounts every single day. Then if enough days go by.. Voila'! no more Debt.

Debt would go up so we can provide prison for those that killed you loved ones. When everyone stops the police from arresting, then crime goes up. When crime goes up, America turns into Syria.
When that happens we beg Obama to run for president again.

See, the Republicans are ruining America over race.

Cruz will be a force IF he decides to run, his debate skills are formidable.

I watched some of his "fillibuster" (which wasn't actually a fillibuster) Clint Eastwood put together a more cogent argument with his chair.

good day.

Has to be a better day for Cruz than the last few days. Obama is very grateful for his help in getting all those appointments through the Senate.

Yes, I'm so lonely and bitter. Only if I had voted for the drug pushing/child porn Libertarian who thinks that murdering babies in the womb is a "states rights issue" and isn't sure if a couple of guys buggerizing each other is a sin; the same guy who says that he hates the federal government but has spent most of his adult life cashing a big paycheck from it, then I could lead a happy life and get rid of all this bitterness like you Patti?

That's not what he says, dumb-A. We shouldn't be having DEA agents busting physicians for giving Opium-based painkillers to old people who are crippled.

Neither of thase images appeals to me. So just why is it that your mind continually dwells in those places? Were you molested by some uncle in your childhood? I know that most sociopaths were.

so this is the new "in" thing w/ liberals?

don't just ridicule (the Right is onto that [SIGH]), but call them Sociopath

He is quoted in one of Quigley's books, "That's a good idea. There are a lot communists in government." And something about generating a panic or uproar.

what's a good idea??

and he was right, there are a lot of communists in gov

still are, they just don't come out with it (cowards, don't want to lose their cushy, prestigious jobs)

no leftie is truly Catholic, so you might want to be more honest in what title you give yourself

but forget the Catholic thing. No normal human being would (upon being informed) believe it is OK to torture and mutilate helpless children in the womb

(for any reason or so called reason whatsoever)

we should love Ted Cruz because he loves us, the american people

the liberals hate the American people. They treat us like children who don't know as much as they; they violate the laws we enact through our legislators, they hate morallity and truth and are destroying this country

Republicans are always saying that if they control the government they will cut spending and limit government, blah blah blah. It was only a few years ago that they ended their reign of controlling the White House, HoR and Senate for 8 years. And what did they cut? They created NEW government agencies. Added MORE bureaucracy. Borrowed MORE money. And trampled the Constitution underfoot. Oh, but THIS time it will be different. "I swear, sweetheart. I can change!" And Republican voters fall for it every time. And the Democrats are no different.

The above post was written by one of many who unapologetically brought us 8 years of Barack Hussein Obama.
No. Hussein Obama was unapologetically brought to America by FOX "News" and GOP talking points.

The night of his first day in office, GOP bigwigs like Frank Lunz, Mitch McConnell, Newt Gingrich and many others, met in a Washington, D.C. restaurant for steaks and drinks and decided to collectively "make Obama fail."

Crack a book of history once in awhile:

http://www.thedailybeast.com/articl...bert-draper-s-do-not-ask-what-good-we-do.html

The false meme of Obama as a socialist was first thought of and spread by Bill Sammon, Fox "News"'s Washington editor.
He has since repudiated it and admitted to its pernicious dishonesty:

Self-aware conservatives today know exactly what they are dong.

It's always been easy to stand in the middle of a rushing stream and scream "Unfair!"

Cruz bears this out.

Conservative agenda advocates the destruction of the democratic vote in America.

Years ago Paul Weyrich the founder of the conservative think tank Heritage Foundation, admitted at a rally of American Christians and politicos that giving Americans the vote was dangerous:

The actions of conservative legislations around the country to curtain voting rights is just one aspect of this philosophy.

So Weyrich had an attack of integrity and admitted that republicans benefit from keeping legal voters from voting.

Is anyone really surprised by that?

Not me. To any careful citizen follower of American political history, it has been clear that the GOP wants a naked power grab and a dismissal of our tax base to starve our government so that it can be drowned in a bathtub, as Grover Norquist once observed.

Once public integrity and help can be privatized by business, we will no longer need trials by jury for consumer complaints. We will no longer need reasonable wages for the corporate system.
And--like the corporate credit card entities, all protests will be handled by an arbitrator picked by the corporations.

Good for jobs, right? Bad for "frivolous lawsuits," okay?

I will give any politician who advocates smaller government, more individual freedom, local government vs. centralized government a listen.
Unfortunately there are not that many who speak to these issues in a manner that is met with action, and the ones who do are usually greatly outnumbered. The Conservative voice is a small group within the Republican party, while the Collectivists, Socialist, Progressives traffic in both parties dominating the power structure.
Are there any voices within the Democrat party that advocate for smaller government, who opposed Centralized power in favor of the States? That is an even rarer voice.
